Dick Cheney: ‘Barack Obama is a One-Term President’

If Republicans would stop blocking what Obama was trying to do to prove a point, the country would be able to move in a positive direction. He was fairly elected, but partisan politics is hurting what he is trying to do. The only reason he is not getting a fair shot a running the country is because he is black. Bush and Cheney destroyed the country, lied, and put us into a war that we cannot hope to win. We cannot move ahead as a country, so we have no right to interfere in other country's affairs. Hypocrites should keep their thoughts to themselves. He cannot even be called upon to follow the law and could be counted on the lie to protect Bush. He has no cause to say anything.

You people need to get over it, the blackness. I did not hear nothing about Bush for the past 8 years when he called for a WAR that is still contiuning to this day. Yes he is black and most of the American do not want a BLACK man in charge Get over people. The color line has got to be broken. You let gays people get elected in to offices, what's up...we have a long way and it starts with you..

Beause,he is actually doing more harm than good, with all the pork spending. And this Government Run Health Care Bill, that he wants passed that isn't working in the countries that he is going by,and this country doese not want or need.I also don't think that he should beable to have a Gov website or commercial adds.Since none of the other Presidents were allowed these types of contact or publicity.Becuase this allows the wrong people access in.

I think Dick Cheney comments are irrevelant. What have he's done for our nation. President Obama still have time to do great things but it will take both parties uniting for a common goal which is for the good of our nation.

They're not the best and brightest. Our best and brightest stay in the private sector. Government is the domain of three main types: the crooks who view it as a means to an end, those who couldn't quite cut it in the private sector, and those naive enough to think their work there matters.

My fear is that Congress is exactly what it is supposed to be: a reflection of the American people. There's just a really ugly reflection in the mirror these days.

Neither party has the best interests of the country, and respect for the Constitution at its heart.

I fear for the Republic if these selfish ideologs are the best and brightest lights guiding our nation.

God help us.

For the good of this great country, freedom from goverment control and takeover, capitalism and freedom itself as we know it now,we can only hope Cheney is right.

This may be true, if I were Obama I would not even run a second time. I would be so fed up with the do nothing in congress Republicans and the Democrats that cater to their corporate money givers rather than try to take care of business. However, he will more than likely run again with expectations that Congress will get better at doing the peoples business rather than partisan posturing for political power.
