What would have been the job loss totals without the stimulus package and what would have been the effects on the states who used this money to stay afloat?

Note to Obama administration: You can't print or borrow your way out of debt or into prosperity. Paying people unemployment with freshly printed dollars is insane, to be kind.

I beg to differ. If you know anything about economics you would not be writing about all these estimates. Economics is a science of revision. Keep this in mind and I know that you are wrong. There is the economics before NAFTA and post NAFTA. We lost a lot of manufacturing during the so called period of globalization. Without the working class there is no economic growth. I happen to be a business man with an MBA and I know what I am talking about.

Look at our manufacturing base and tell me about all these job losses. We have to invest in green technology as all those manufacturing are lost and only jobs in the new industry would have the people employed.

Only real need or demand can create long term, meaningful job growth. Otherwise we could achieve 100% employment by just having everyone build monuments to Obama, and pay them with more government "funny money"
