Corzine Should Apologize to Christie for Weight Ad in N.J. Governor's Race

He DOES try to throw his weight around... and always has. (So the metaphor sticks.) Also, take a look at him... If he's so sensitive about his weight, perhaps he should lay off the PORK. (How's that for another metaphor?) He's been a pig at the Trenton troff for too long. (ooh, another one.)

Nice post you got here. I'd like to read something more about that matter.

Corzine should look in the mirror and it will say this face is a poster for why abortion is legal, gross.

Resorting to unfair, wrongheaded, shallow, childish and -- at the very least -- politically incorrect focus on Christie's weight shows that there are no substantive objections to his candidacy. Given that many people suffer from weight issues through no fault of their own (certain prescription drugs, diabetes, insulin resistance, liver damage, hormone imbalances caused by additives to our food in America, high fructrose corn syrup in our foods meant to create cravings and repeat business, etc., etc.), such ads are just as wrong as if they focused on a candidate's multiple sclerosis or something. Also, once someone has accumulated a certain amount of weight on their frame, those fat stores actually start creating their own independent fat stores and issuing hormones into the host's bloodstream that further creates even more cravings). It's almost impossible to lose weight once that level of obesity has been reached -- without great intervention by natural medicine and other methods.

Peter, is your command of the English language so horrible that you fail to understand metaphor. If you need to, go back to school and find out what "throw your weight around" means metaphorically. Silly you!

Ridiculous! There is nothing to apologize for. I guess the Republicans have gotten terribly sensitive of late.
