The healthcare business has paid a lot of money over the years to prevent this. Many of those, many Democrats, who got benefits which includes stock won't bite the hand that feeds them. The fix is in.

In 1993 disloyal democrats got away with betraying us because they suffered no consequences for their treachery.

We spent 700 million to elect Obama and a super majority on a platform that includes the public option.

The focus on Republicans only let's the traitors in our midst get away with another 1993. These people don't care what is happening to our Party as a result of what they are doing. The only way to bring them in line that has not been tried is to publicly shame them.

Join our campaign to enforce party discipline at http://forprogress.org/healthcare

BRING ON THE FILIBUSTER!

It will expose the traitors and bring the wrath of the 65% that wants the option to buy into Medicare on them. The misuse of the filibuster by disloyal democrats must end, if we are to pass the platform we promised the American people.

Well, well, well . . . . a deadlock, gridlock, a standoff between the House and the Senate: The public option v. no public option.

This stalemate will, hopefully, persist with the upcoming mid year elections phasing out those injurious, inept, incompetent, greedy politicians.

We can only hope for the best! ! !

The health care problem in this country has been created and is controlled by the insurance companies and the pharmaceutical industry and their well-paid lobbyists. They have bought Congress. They own and pay our legislators through their campaign contributions. They write the laws enacted by Congress. They have launched all out attacks to thwart any attempt to stop them from losing that control by funding ads full of outright lies, scary but nonetheless meaningless buzzwords, and misleading demagoguery.

But this is OUR Congress. Congress is not employed by the special interests. They are paid by us, the taxpayers, the ones they deny the same access to medical care that we provide for them with our tax dollars.

Why do we let them get away with it? It’s time we flood the legislators, both Democrats and Republican, with the one thing we have more powerful than special interests—our vote. Let’s tell them that we will vote out of office any member of Congress who takes money from the insurance industry or the pharmaceutical companies. It’s time to take back OUR government

The "unpopular public option"? Who says?

Hannalee of AZ 10:36PM September 30, 2009

Dr. Garamoni, you make no sense, no matter how alliterative you are trying to be. (Well, you're doing a good job of being alliterative...)

We, apparently, are not emotionally distressed by death through spreadsheet.

Get ready, fasten your seatbelts. The public option is assuredly not dead. It's in good health and living incognito among the American public, who just want good health care that won't be whipped away by fat cats just when they need it.

Saying it's dead, over and over, just don't make it so. If it did, why are we still talking about it day after day?

needs a remodel - not demolition.
