Obama Administration Sued Over Healthcare Enemies List

Business collects information about consumers and competitors all the time. They spend billions of $s gaining such intellegence. It's simply good business, isn't it?

Obama isn't simply colleceting data and at a fairly low cost.

I don't understand why some people here are calling Obama a Nazi. Such kind of tactics make me doubt whether such a person is trying to make a meaningful point, or just indulge in scare tactics.

There are many kinds of healthcare systems in the world and unfortunately the US is the only developed country without near universal coverage. Yet not all countries have "socialized" medicine. The UK has govt doctors and hospitals. (The VA system is like that) Canada has private hospitals but govt insurance (similar to Medicare). Germany has over 200 insurance companies so that's way more choice than what we have in America (due to a different style of health regulation there).

Obama's plan may not be the best but isn't it worth saying that in a meaningful way rather than just scaring people by saying "death panels", "rationed care", etc?

We expect others to copy America and yet some pple in America refuse to take anything good from other countries. go figure.

Someone is challenging the little fascist and his Czars in the White House in their failed effort to intimidate their political enemies - which is most of the American people!

Next someone has to sue Obama for having circumventing the balance of power by appointing his agency heads to Czar positions in the White House. Most of these radical Czars would not make it through a security check, let alone through Congress! And now the latest to move all interrogation operations from the CIA (whose Director, Leon Panetta was vetted by the FBI and Congress) into the White House in the power of more unchecked Czars!

Obama thinks he is above the law and above the constitution. He's not!

Mr. Cerati.

Great, now that you have printed your opinion of the AAPS and CURE, speak to the issue. Is the lawsuit appropriate?

Or if you do not have an opinion on the lawsuit, perhaps you could comment on mandatory vaccines. Based on your comment, I am assuming that you will allow your children to be given any vaccine the state bureacrats decide upon, regardless of any track record of safety or injury.

Since opposing universal health care appears to be bad, perhaps you would like to tell us why allowing the government to know all the intimate details of your life gives you no cause for concern. Why do you support the elimination of all privacy laws? This is what has to happen with government run medical care.

We are free to speculate on the merit of their accusations based on the context of their agendas, which are all right-wing, and fervently against universal healthcare.

To ignore this would be intentional ignorance, and to avoid disclosing this information when discussing this case is simply disingenuous and hypocritical. We do not live in an ideological vacuum.

What you have provided is an ad hominem argument. You've brought up the background of the organizations without addressing what they have to say. What about the substance of what they have to say? Seems like there's a real problem there.

It is about time someone went after these criminals in the white house that have been attempting to stop citizen free speach.

Won't be hearing about this in the Lamestream media. But we should be.

The Coalition for Urban Renewal is a right-wing organization headed by Star Parker. You may remember her from recent appearances on the Glenn Beck show "Glenn Beck, panel, and Star Parker discuss the "Road To Socialism" or on Hannity, discussing"Black Liberation Theology is rooted in Marxism."

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons is widely recognized as a conservative non-profit, which opposes mandatory vaccination, and universal health care. They have characterized government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid as "evil" and "immoral."

I just thought I would provide some context.
