There are so many laws and regulations in place to prevent new job startups in the U.S.A. and that favor shipping our factories, jobs, and our technology overseas. Plus subsidies on the average about 18 % given to manufacturers from other countries to export their goods to the U.S. Plus China has a 25% Tariff to prevent our goods from entering their ports and the U.S. has 2.5% tariff. China's currency is undervalued by some estimates are as much 30 to 40 %. How can we compete?

Criminals like Al Armendariz should be summary tried, convicted and PUBLICLY EXECUTED VIA CRUCIFICATION for abuse of power, theft and violation of constitutional rights. (that's not a call for vigilance, it's a call for a military-speed trial and execution). Current federal statutes allow the death penalty for constitutional violations, including treason. That's the only way citizens are going to Anti-Constitutionalist harbored inside the government. (I'm not anti-government, on the contrary, I'm anti-abusers, who give the rest of us bureaucrats who are honest a really bad name).

As a result of criminals like Armendariz, any company attacked by the EPA in the past 20 years should have the opportunity to retry their case: Should the EPA loose, the EPA Should have to pay an equivalent percentage fine out of their own budget. EPA would clearly choose their battles better.

Even better, why shouldn't the federal government pay all legal fees, plus a fine when they fail to prove all charges against any civil or criminal defendant? They should!

"...the agency (EPA) could "crucify" private businesses with regulatory enforcement..."

That is what the Environmentalist religion is all about - No surprise here.
