I WAS JUST WONDERIN'...

Since Obama obviously hates carbon based fuel (all life is carbon based), why does the Empty "O" Man give billions to South American countries to drill for oil and then promise that the U.S. will be "good customers"?

I really can't figure out if Obama is evil or just perpetually confused.
