Punishing the Energy Industry Isn't Tax Reform

There is no excuse for Exxon-Mobil paying no taxes. In multiple years. With no prospect of ever paying them, unless tax fairness becomes a priority.

That's not punishment. That's fairness. Oil companies don't know much about fairness. Koch Industries actively combats it.

Inevitably the pendulum swings. Stop whining.
