Interesting summary of the current political climate in the U.S. However, the typical conceptualization of political orientation in one-dimensional terms, viz., Left vs. Right or Liberal vs. Conservative, is very limited in describing the various political persuasions that influence electoral choices. There is, at least, a second dimension, which is important to delineate, namely, a vertical dimension, which runs from Libertarian to Authoritarian, thus creating four political orientation quadrants. Ron Paul's campaign is the silver lining of the economy. Only Paul's fiscal corrections in his first term will allow for the liquidation of debt and the return of risk to the private sector instead of the taxpayers.

Do you know why I support Paul? Because he is smart enough to say, " we can't afford these wars" They cost us too much and we get nothing in return except more debt and dead youth.

Ron Paul 2012.

All the diebolt voting machines are controlled. I'm afraid it's gonna take a real revolution. Ron Paul 2012.

Why is so obvious from other countries that RP is the only candidate for real change? If you think the US is on the right track, vote for anyone else. Please fight back through the internet, RP's domain. Tally now at the only realtime worldwide Ron Paul geo-tag map on the web. Ronpaulitic.com

I find it strange that it is reported that ron paul has not been winning but when you look at the straw polls and delegates he has been ahead in nearly every state. you dont see it on msm but he is the most searched candidate on youtube (more searches then the rest combined) and the most searched on google (look it up)2.5 million. there is a mass fraud going on to ensure this guy doesnt get into office so we must continue to go and sign up as delegates and push our way into the white house and take our country back

Time and again we hear that voters under 35 overwhelmingly support Dr. Paul. Yet, exit polls reveal that they don't show up and vote. The largest voter demographic is people over 65. I can't understand why those with the biggest stake in the future allow those with the smallest to control it. There is hope for a change if and only if, the young people wake up and vote for it.

Sadly most Americans believe in life liberty and the persuit of happiness but too afraid to stand up and fight the establishment in order to have it. The words of our forefathers mean nothing if we are not willing to fight for our God given rights. We dishonor ourselves and all the men that fought for this great country to be free if we don't fight to perserve our heritage.
