Obama supporters are foolish to think that he will never betray them.
Obama was a close friend of Pastor Wright for TWENTY YEARS.
Obama threw Wright under the bus for personal ambition.
McCain would not betray his country even after 5 years of torture.

I had deep respect for Obama due to the obvious intelligence and communication skills but a wife who hates America, a pastor who is racist and now essentially calling Palin a pig.

We'll know there is equality in society not when slurs cease to exist, but when they cease to mean anything. It will be a wonderful day when we can call each other any sort of animal, vegetable, or mineral and not have it receive any sort of reaction.
I for one think politcal corectness will at somepoint hamper equality. For now, it may be helping to level the playing field. But the sooner we can ignore it, the better off we'll all be.

Is completely biased. This mag has never had a story that said anything good about Obama. He was using a metaphor to describe the fact that McCain has no change policies and has nothing but brilliant distractions. Republicans don't like government and their answer to the economy is cut corporate taxes and tax cuts to the rich.
Spin as you like, this lipstick controversy can't be described as anything but stupid and this writer is either stupid or just spinning.

Ridiculous! The Republican Convention was nothing but an insult-fest toward Obama, Biden, and Democrats in general, and the Republicans now want to cast the Dems as downright Satanic for any comment that just possibly might be seen as offensive by some extremely overly sensitive right winger.
Every person on that Republican stage was outright nasty and the Repubs LOVE those attack dogs, then they pretend to find such behavior offensive when a Democrat even approaches the Repubs' level of rude, biased outright nastiness.
HATEFUL SELF-RIGHTEOUS HYPOCRITES. Decent Americans are better than this.

What is going on here! Is it true that Obama was born in Kenya Africa. Is it true that there are no records of his mother giving birth to him at any hospital in Hawaii.
What Hospital in Hawaii was Obama born at?
Who was the Doctor that delivered him?
Who was the Nurse that cared for him at his mothers delivery?
What are their names?
Is it true that his Grandmother, and half-sister have said he was in fact born in Kenya.
Is it true that Republicans have records to prove Obama was born in Kenya.
And is it true that he was registered as a citizen of Indonesia as a Muslim.
Is there any truth to any of this. Where is the major media on this story. Have they investigated this. Has any of the above been proved untrue.
If any of the above is true this is very serious.

I am so tired of the Republican right praising themselves and sheep lining up to admire the Emperor's News clothes. McCain and his cronies are dedicated to misleading the public with misdirection and false charges. At their "convention" they made a sharp right turn and most of the TV press swallowed it hook, line and sinker. They even claimed "change" as their slogan as though it had never been used. Ninety plus percent support of Bush with claims of, "Mission accomplished," is not a change! But, their policy of complaining and making charges about the supposed mistreatment of "Hands Off" Palin, allows them to avoid facts about issues and directs for solving eight years of major problems.
