If Mitt "isn't electable", polls have Ron Paul DEAD & buried 100' under.

Like bum-bum, Ron Paul can not run on his RECORD OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS. Neither have...

Hey Bill Hedges of Mo, just like New Gingrich isn't electable with women, neither is Mitt Romney. These aren't America's guys, these are Corporate guys. If you want Barack Obama to keep bankrupting the country til our currency falls all the way to worthless, then keep supporting Republican neo conservative politicians that people won't elect.

Ron Paul for President. No destroying the currency, no more war mongering, no more enslaved citizens. America is better than this.

So there are a bunch of average Jane's & Joe's elected to Congress each year ? The liberals keep elected members from the Kennedy family. Poster image of average American family.

If you cut a rich person, they do not bleed ? Grip yourself, people are people. We all put our pants on alike with minor variations...

As inartful as Hilary Rosen's remarks on Ann Romney mave have been, the fact remains that Mrs. Romney was born with a silver spoon in her mouth and has enjoyed a lifetime of privilege, affluence and freedom from service to the dual and competing demands that characterize the lives of 'average' American family women -- in-the-home mother and homemaker, and in-the-workplace income earner. On the face of it, Mrs. Romney seems poorly equipped, by virtue of her life experience, to serve as empathetic First Proxy for the concerns of those with whom she has had so little in common.

That said, it is Mr. Romney, not his wife, who seeks to become president, and American women would do well to worry less about the 'everywoman' bona fides of Ann Romney and more about the attitudes and convictions of her husband, an observant member of a faith which holds that the principal role of women in society is that of breeding stock and dutiful conservators of the domestic domain. There is nothing in Mitt Romney's life history to suggest that he does not see the role of women in society entirely through the super-patriarchical lens of his faith, and that should give the women of America great pause.

Hilary Rosen has been eating crow since she spit out her bias liberalism. Fortunately liberals comprise a small % group of individuals.

She exemplifies class envy warfare Democrats are using trying to __ get ignored __ what bum-bum has done to America and _ attack _ to secure a second term.

Women in America aren't going to elect one of the richest guys in the country who comes off heartless.. it's dawning on most people, Republicans included.

No one has much confidence left in the current president.

Here's the deal, our women [America's women] can really see that the fed budget is broken and can be fixed by a very wise Statesman from Texas who "ain't afraid of nuthin" [from my view] and has the heart of an angel, or at least the heart of a true Christian.

Dr. Ron Paul, the only president who will take care of Americans, instead of taking care of special interests. The honest gentleman is truth writ large, the plain truth for all to see.

@Mary, just how did you raise your kids? Welfare. No, contraceptives should not be illegal, but people like you should be. As to Rosen, she was not denigrating Ann Romney for chosing to stay at home and raise her children. She was pointing out that most women do not have that choice and that Ann Romney was totally out of touch with 99% of the women in this country. Which she is.

Carolyn of TX 1:58PM April 14, 2012

Birth control should be outlawed, and women should stay home with their kids, where they belong.

It's not about class warfare, the middle class lost that engagement long ago. It's about the very rich paying their fair share, it's about shared sacrifice, and not balancing a budget on the poor and middle class. It's about Romney being unable to find his core principals. The only way Romney wins back mainstream American women...well there is no way!

Shelama of Utah -- Your congratulations are a bit premature. Let's wait and see what happens on election day. I think it will be a close vote. And if it's a vote based on class envy or class warfare, that will be a very sad day for this country.

You mention that the Romneys are wealthy. Well, what about the Obamas? Last time I checked, they had lots of servants, lots of money in the bank, and were vacationing in Europe and at Martha's Vineyard. I don't begrudge them these things, but they are no more in touch with ordinary Americans than are the Romneys.
