Obama is the most anti-biblical President in US history.

His attacks on the freedom of religion are unprecedented.

Shame on Obama!

Did the president mean "all women" or all employees, or all persons.

Why the gender qualification?

Are men being excluded from contraceptive and other family planning services?

Henry Stephens of MI 8:52PM February 13, 2012

Republicans voted for a mandate for contraceptives, including Plan B, in their own health insurance plans (FEHB plans), including the ones currently making the most noise against for political purposes - Rick Santorum, John Boehner, Newt Gingrich, Eric Cantor, Roy Blunt, Mitch McConnell, Roy Blunt

1998 H.R. 4328, Public Law 105-277

The plan include exemptions for five tiny plans for religious objections.

FEHB plans cover Congress and all federal employees. The current FEHB plans are the same as approved in 1998.

Obama has said it very clearly, the Constitution is getting in the way of him implementing all the fixes for our country. Thank you Madison, Jefferson and the rest for the fail safes. Now the stubborn Constitution gets in the way again with that old freedom of religion thing. Now the pandering by legislators to stop this this through legislative process is political pandering. We must preserve our basic freedoms as unalienable, for as soon as we protect them with legislation, we set a precedent whereby they may be taken away.

We recognize this as another attempt to gain more Czar like power by Obama. The mad man must be stopped.

It is of particular interest that the Catholic Church has been attacked by the liberals in the Catholic (Kennedy) state of Massachusetts with regards to adoption services among others. The man who fought tooth and nail was not a Kennedy Catholic, but that pesky Mormon Romney. Also of interest is the unanimous endorsement of the last 5 US ambassadors to the Holy See endorsed this fighter for life and religious liberty for President over two Catholic candidates. They have seen Romney fight for them before it became the popular cause.

It's quite unfortunate that Obama's mother didn't go the abortion route

The basic premise of the Soetoro/Obama health proposal is a serious breech of the Constitution on several grounds. The so-called checks and balances are way out of balance.

Health care is not the business of the federal government. It's against the law for the government to force tax-payers and citizens to purchase services from a third party provider.

The first amendment freedoms apply to religious citizen-employers, not just institutional religious employers. If this were a true compromise, Soetoro/Obama would extend the largese to all citizens who hold sincere, religious beliefs--not just the institutions. After all, waivers have already been granted to unions who hold sincere fiscal beliefs--incidentally, not covered by the constitution.

Soetoro/Obama lacks not just the credentials to be in office, but the wisdom and humility of any true statesperson.

Enough is enough.

Sandy, of Illinois, about 28 states have already required their employers and insurers to provide coverage for birth control under their respective health insurance laws and regulations.

http://www.guttmacher.org/statecenter/spibs/spib_ICC.pdf

And as I noted earlier, these states are bound under the First Amendment as is the federal government.

In New York the Catholic church doesn't have to cover this for employees of the church. However, it has to for its university and hospital employees, and this has been the law since 2002 when Republican Catholic Governor George Pataki signed it.

Obama changed nothing for Bishop Dolan. Yet Dolan yells at Obama, not Pataki.

Sometimes Repbulican politicians wear robes.

Paul 52 of NY 2:12PM February 13, 2012

This ObamaCare induced mandate is clearly unconstitutional - as is the entire law.

If Kagan doesn't recuse herself - she selected the government's defense counsel AND helped draft the arguments - she should be impeached by Congress for "improper conduct."

We have GOT to find a way back from this monarchy to the Constitution.
