Democrats Can't Take Blacks, Hispanics for Granted in 2012
Tweet Share on Facebook September 30, 2011 Comment (9)Herman Cain made headlines when he said on CNN that black voters have been "brainwashed" into voting for Democrats. That was condescending, to say the least. But he went on to say that 30 to 50 percent of African American voters are "open minded" and could be persuaded to vote Republican. Despite his unfortunate wording, Cain makes a good point: the Democratic Party shouldn't take the black vote for granted in 2012.

Carville wants a wholesale change of staff in the White House, and believes that the current people are the ones who got the country into this mess in the first place. "This is what I would say to President Barack Obama: The time has come to demand a plan of action that requires a complete change from the direction you are headed," he wrote. Amen to that.

Jobs Come From Innovative Ideas
Tweet Share on Facebook September 2, 2011 Comment (36)So an elephant and a giraffe are at the watering hole and they see a turtle basking in the sun. The elephant walks over and kicks the turtle as hard as he can. "What'd you do that for?" asks the surprised giraffe. The elephant says, "That turtle bit my trunk 50 years ago." "Wow!" says the giraffe, "You have a great memory." "Yes," says the elephant, "I have ... Turtle Recall."
