before you resort to name calling, you should take a look at yourself.your a bellboy for the right wing wack jobs.

i will asked you again,if the economy grew,as you say, under george bush, how did the economy lose a record number of jobs under his stewardship?

Obama is on the right tack to fullfill his progressive , green agenda and pay his union cronies back . He has to fundamentally change America . Scarey .

I repeat, “FYI_ Saying you don't like source is not disproving. Just saying something like you do with no proof is lowest form of information.”

Just try to disprove me with evidence and link. Is becoming normal for people here to call you a IDIOT...

Do yourself a faver and actually go look at a link that shows how the economy grew during Bushes tenure:

http://www.taxpolicycenter.org/taxfacts/displayafact.cfm?Docid=200

The fact that tax receipts grew 44% between 2003 and 2008 IN SPITE of the tax breaks ought to tell you something.

Maybe you are famiair with CBO link I just left in previous comment. Lower tax rate got more revenue because rich invested and created jobs.

____

Again, I write "Where is your proof to back you statement ??? Show increasing federal tax increase government revenue with link." You wrote:

"bush tax cuts have done nothing to spur any meaningful economic or job growth since they,ve been in place".

I proved that it did. Too bad Democrats did not listen to Bush's warning of Clinton's recessions:

"Pelosi Caught In Major Lie- Says Bush Didn't Warn Congress About Financial Crisis… Records Show He Warned Congress 17 Times in 2008 Alone"

___

Naturally you will change subject or disappear...

once again your off course, and you try to mistate what i said.to repeat, isaid that during the period that the bush tax cuts have been in place, for the upper tier,s of tax payers, they have produced no economic growth or job creation.

if they had the economy would booming.

numerous top economists such as dr. paul krugman have made similar statements.

perhaps you should broaden your research beyond fox news and the heritage foundation.you might find it most revealing.

CBO is mine:

"Tax cuts for the wealthy increase government revenue."

“Lying About Bush's Tax Cuts”

“According to the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO), the Bush tax cuts actually shifted the total tax burden farther toward the rich so that in 2000-2004, total income tax paid by the top 40% of income-earners grew by 4.6% to 99.1% of the total”.

mary kate, you made some good points.yet paul ryan,s plan does know better,it eviscerates the medicare system,as we know it,gives tax breaks to people who donn;t need them and does not come close to balancing the budget fo twenty years.

though the president,s plan is not perfect,it,s more fair to the average person.the bush tax cuts have done nothing to spur any meaningful economic or job growth since they,ve been in place.so it,s time for them to be abolished.
