Robert Gibbs is one of the greatest mouthpieces to ever hold that position. He's so *incredibly* boring that the press can't really focus on what he's saying.
After all, his job is less to inform, and more to distract and confuse. He's a flak. It's what he does.

leave the rambling , babbling fool there , just give him a full jesters outfit , hat , bells , face paint and all . Obama might want to think about giving him another word besides , umm and umm , but then Obama would have to learn a new word too .
