Let's see if Judge Sotomayor is content with only being the Latina Justice, so branded by Obama no less, or if she will become an American Justice who is deeply committed to the Constitution as it is written, and the American freedoms it creates.

I can not understand how People are so blind and let the man get away with all the damage he is doing to OUR Country. He is stacking the deck with People that will do what ever he wants. Destroying Every thing that Real Americans have been fighting for over a Hundreds of years. He want the Government to be able to tell Us what and when We can do,The Young and even the old will Suffer if he is aloud to keep going in the direction hes going. his Health plan will put OUR lives in their hands. Hes not God whether he think so or not. I just can't see how the American People just stand by and let him destroy OUR Country, why this "I will bend but not brake!! Why don't he just say If You don't like it, TO BAD. If any Body is Racist it is the Government they know that if We say that Sotomayor is the Racist obama will just turn it around. The Government and obama is using Race to get Who they want and to me that is Racist. To Me the American People has shown that Race has nothing to do with it when obama made President, it is how they work for the People and what We want, obama made President because of what he Pro mist the American People, to bad they were all Lies!! We have to say what We think and te truth about Sotimayor, Her own words tell Us who is the Racist and why 7 out of 8 of her judgements were over turned by the Supreme Court and the 8th She was told that They, the S.C. was not happy by the way She presented her case. It is easy to tell She will not put aside what her personal fillings are and vote for what is Right, Se has proven that over and over again. Social Security is in bad shape because the Government has been spending Our money We put in there when ever they wanted money for something else, he want to give Our Money away to illegal immigrants and give them benefits that should be going to the American People who paid all their working lives for, Its just unbelievable that Obama is going to let the People that keep this country going with nothing. PUT OUR MONEY BACK, We have fought to keep Our Freedom and now We just set by and let One man Destroy it in are Own back yard. What is Happening to Us? Why won't People Stand together and STOP it before it is to late. HE IS GETTING CLOSE TO HAVEING ALL OF HIS PEOPLE IN PLACE and then it will be to late. If We don't Stand Together now We will Fall... PLEASE People Wake Up and STOP this Monster. How could Any Body want a Government Ran Country??

I suppose it would be best not to comment on John Warren's truly illogical and idiotic piece of piffle, but please: look at the contradictions Mr. Warren of NJ spouts: his idol is simultaneously:
pro life AND pro guns
pro creation AND pro nuclear
pro marriage AND pro unintrusive government
pro bible reading & prayer in public schools AND pro private education.
Really now, if that does not sound schizophrenic to you, get your head out of that special place Mr. Warren. Guns and Life sorta don't go together. Neither does creation and nuclear weapons. If you are pro marriage and do not want the government to interfere: LET EVERYONE MARRY! And while you put your kids in private religious schools, the public schools, AS WELL, have to adhere to your particular religious dogma. There is still freedom of choice in religious orientation last time I looked. That sort of like, the American Way.
AND to top it off: President BARACK OBAMA "are" (sic) inferior??? How? Oh, I see, Mr. Warren explains that quite neatly: Because he is against everything Palin is for.
Yeah, I know! That's why he won!!!
As we say in California: Unbuckingfelievable!
I thought we were done with politics for a while - but I see we have to once again start early and make sure that the twit from Alaska will look like the fool she is, again.

Governor Sarah Palin must beat Barack Obama in 2012 because of her superior conservative right wing philosophy in that she is pro God and Christianity, pro life, pro marriage; pro guns-second amendment, pro low taxes, pro low government spending; pro small government, pro unintrusive government, pro traditional and Judeo Christian values; pro Bible reading and prayer in our public schools, pro Christians schools and private education , pro private and free enterprise; pro military spending, anti arms agreements with Russia, pro creation; pro nuclear, pro conservative supreme court judges, pro American sovereignty; pro capitalism, anti communist, anti socialist; conservative on immigration, and pro constitution. Barack Obama are of the inferior liberal and left wing ideology in that he is against every thing that Governor Sarah Palin is for and he is for every thing that Governor Sarah Palin is against. Governor Sarah Palin from 01/20/13 to 01/20/21 will be the best President we will have ever had

and avoid Krauthammer. He is a cynnical neo-con who would gladly work with Bill Kristol to co-opt the Republican party again. Both are neo-cons.
The neo-cons took over the Right, warped it, gave it a machiavellian flavor, and drained the life out of the Republicans. The Right would be smart to avoid the neo-cons and the far right "axis of angst" (Cheney, Limbaugh and Gingrich)if they wish to return to viability.
Noonan suggests a return to what the Republicans used to be, and should get back to - intelligent consideration from a right wing perspective. Even those who opposed them respected them.
Confirming a justice was supposed to be a respectful dialog - not a partisan food fight. During the last confirmation in the Bush years, Mitch McConnell whined about Democrats delaying the process (there was no real delay-it took 73 days, I think). Let's see if the Senate Minority Leader (McConnell) is willing to follow his own advice when he is in the opposition party.

upon how Judge Sotomayor conducts herself in hearings. If she stonewalls both the right and left on revealing her judicial nature and philosophy, she ought to be rejected by both Democrats and Republicans.
If I was getting to ask questions at a hearing, I would send the Judge an advance letter naming at least 10 specific PAST cases. I would tell the Judge that I planned to ask her specifically which side of each of those she would have been on if she had been on the Court at those times--and for what legal reasoning. I would further tell her that I intended to push for absolute answers and put her in a very uncomfortable hot seat if she declined. There is nothing "improper" about expressing opinions on PAST cases. Just do it.
As for Obama in the Senate, he was quite right to vote against both Alito and Roberts. There is nothing about either one of them that will ever be good for citizens. For corporations maybe, but for citizens, NOTHING---and Obama knew it.
Roberts was such a partisan jerk, it now turns out, that he could not (or more likely WOULD NOT) even properly administer the oath of office to a Dem President at inauguration. You have a twit like that making your decisions for life---and critics above would blame Obama for trying to prevent it? Unbelievable.
As for Obama's own nominee? Test her in public. DEMAND no waffling.
