Pleaseeeeee she has no exoerience other than to show up, speak in soft tones and never finish a sentence. Her whole life everyting handed to her. To say she "ran for senate" is laughable. She pretended to run and couldnt even answer any reporters questions. She attends charity meeting two hours a month and holds that as experience for a Supreme court job.

She would make a nice tour guide though - as long as she had a script, didnt have to answer questions and only had to show up an hour or so a month. Let her stay on Martha V. or the Hamptons.

Roberts, Thomas and Scalia should retire forthwith. Caroline, Marian and Claire would all make for a far superior Supreme Court. No more stolen elections, no more outlandish pandering to the agenda of right wing political masters.

"Supreme Court Justice Caroline Kennedy Would Be Good for Women and Families"

Is that the purpose of the Supreme Court--to provide preferential treatment and benefits for women and families?

I prefer disinterested, impartial justices myself.

I note she is supported and has received money from NARAL and Planned Parenthood...So Mary Kate I can certainly see why you support her. Why don't you just drop the facade of conservative - traditionalist, Catholic and jump on the Obama train? I'm sure if you grovel and suck up enough, Rahm might let you shuffle some papers in the White House.

On a sad note, I see that the decay of a nation has even crept into cities of the mid-west.

Claire McCaskill would be a welcome change to the Supreme Court. She is forthright and well respected in the Kansas City community.

And believe in the separation of powers. The problem is that most if not all Presidents appoint someone for their "team". The appointment last well past the Presidents time in office and their impact on the country can be huge.

I would like to see strong Constitutional people on the court that make sure the Executive and Legislative branch stay in line and take their "Oversight" responsibilities very serious.

It would be very dangerous for this country to have all three braches of government in lock step.

but be sure to know what happens to that 60th Senate Democratic seat before you ask her.

"Good for women and families." Well, not so good for women or potential families in the womb.

Mary Kate you are both an erstwhile conservative-traditionalist and Catholic. Principles, not founded in God, are nothing more than personal whimsy - subjective, and therefore meaningless.

C'mon, figure it out....

None of this will effect the outcome. Obama will doubtlessly choose a non-white, green/socialist, pro-abortion, anti original intent, revisionist, p.c. female. It's all too predictable.
