What a nasty piece of work he turns out to be. It's not the Democratic way to work for the disability and death of huge numbers of people, for their petty revenge and unneeded bribes. He is a Republican at heart; he should be a Republican in name, so voters can know him for what he is.

HIS constituents must be sick to their stomachs--knowing how important this is, more than 60% of them pressing for passage, and thinking that they elected this wrecker.

Shame on Joe.

Thanks Senator Joe Lieberman for giving serious thought about what the flawed health care bill will not do: help those who really need the help and what it will do: further put this nation into deep, deep debt. Both the House and Senate need to start over. And why the race to get what will impact so many

for the worse, raise taxes on so many who are already so heavily taxed, and push for a health care plan put together behind closed doors with now even the Mayo Clinic and American Medical Association not for the bill to say nothing of the

majority of Americans also not for it.

Take your stand, Senator Joe Lieberman, while so many others are willing to give in to anything to get a bill before Christmas. It will be some Christmas gift to our grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

How is your health care Joe Liberman? Only the best for you. I guess I can't blame you for hijacking the health care reform bill since it really does not concern you or your family. You have yours. It seems like you don't care about your constituents either. They want a public option, but thanks to you, we won’t get this.

So what is your idea for health care reform? Do nothing – spend no more? Your health care reform is not reform. It kills the idea of competition. Did you ever try to buy health insurance on the internet? We will get fined for not having health care. We get to pay more for health care if we're older. Thanks Joe, I see how you care.

You are a pawn for the health insurance industry. The health care industry is dictating the health care we can receive, and so are you. Who appointed you as my god?

My husband and I worked for years and paid into SS. As a senior many of us were counting on you say "NO" we can't add people age 55 to Social Security, it’s almost empty because it’s been a slush fund for Congress and the Senate for years. What is the exact dollar amount of IOU’s that SS has and when will those IOU’s be paid?

You caved in and your wife lost her position. I would think that you are not broke, that she is well known and many other organizations would be more than happy to have her on their board or as a leader. You sold out the seniors just like AARP did. Are you going to let go of the insurance you receive now (that is paid for by the taxpayers) or are you going to take what you gave the seniors? Of course this is a joke, your not about to take what you gave us.

Elections for 2010 are just around the corner, 2012 elections will be closing in. Thousands and thousands of voters are looking for leaders that will do the right thing and follow the Constitution. In the mean time, may God have mercy on us!

Joe ,don't vote for it !!!!!!!!

Rosa DiLauro claims Joe is holding Healthcare hostage and ought to be recalled! Rosa should take a good look at what she's saying. Joe has a vote and an opinion and every right to do with BOTH as he see's fit. As far as I'm concerned,we ALL should be holding this legislation hostage until someone can actually read the damn thing and realize that we are just about to do something that will change this country from a great one to an "also ran."

Somehow I KNEW he would cave in!! So much for Joe Lieberman. Hope he never needs my support!

This legislation is so complex and the effects are so wide ranging and unpredictable, I cannot understand the determination to pass it. What is wrong with a pay as you go tiered approach?

Vote NOTE on Obama's proposed health care. I want to keep the insurance that I have. A government option is no option for me. You represent John Q. Public, not Barrack Obama.

Joni Runyon of MO 5:14PM December 15, 2009

Joe Lieberman is a JACKAL !

It's time to bring this F$%@&R DOWN !
