It's not just the fractured Democrats that have lost touch in the health care debate, but the Republicans as well. The only ones who don't have a voice in this process are the ones allegedly to benefit—us.

I contacted my senator Burris and he stated they had passed a bill that stated all politicians will be required to join the same health care program that they are going give us. I asked for a copy and told him it would be a cold in hell before this happened. No information returned from him.

In a short time later I observed news that Congress had voted it down. They would not except them having to join the plan they give us. It's no wonder the plan they have is paid by the tax payer They have unlimited healthe care. It stated their Dr bill is a $20 dollar copayment and generic drug is $10. I belong to Va and my generic drugs are $24 copayment. Their salaries are $250,000 plus benifits. Our S.S. and pension is less than $50,000 Why should we veterans who sacrificed for or country have to pay 2 1/2 times more for our drugs than some crooked politician who don't even pay their taxes and drop thier pants every time they get a chance.
