Third parties such as the aip/constitution party are not recognized for a reason. They run unqualified people. Chelene Nightingale for governor of ca is one.
She is a homeschooling mother. From what I gather she is a very radical attention seeking individual. Staging protests outside of legitimate Political forums
that are hosting reps and dems. Her and her few followers wish to stage protests when they are asked not to attend an event. This is not what a mature stable person would do. Her past has been with anti immigrant protesters...using barbaric methods to make their statements known. This is why most third parties WILL NEVER BE TAKEN seriously. They have a hidden agenda and from I see its for some type of narcisstic need to be recognized for something that which THEY HAVE NOT EARNED nor deserve.

The Chelene Nightingale for Governor campaign..has tried to UNDULY Influence Voters to change parties For their candidate with a "how to...step by step website, which also tells them that after the primary they can change their voter registration back to any party and vote again.
"CORRUPTLY INFLUENCING VOTERS" = 1ST degree felony CODE 104.061 election law. Fine and 5 years in prison.
Harsh penalties aimed at deterring electoral fraud make it likely that individuals who perpetrate fraud do so with the EXPECTATION That it either will not be discovered, or will be excused.
These acts are considerd to be morally unacceptable outside the spirit of electoral laws or in violation of the principles of democracy.
It constitutes a wish to creat a 'DICTATORSHIP" WHEN YOU TRY TO BREAK DOWN DEMOCRACY TO IMPLEMENT voter INFLUENCED FRAUD.

GREAT news about Markham Robinson running for Governor..Guess that leaves Chelene Nightingale candidate for Governor a bit perplexed. She was trying for the AIP nomination but using much deceit in her campaign. She is with Constitution Party..of which California does not have a ballot qualified party.
Better to play by the rules...SHE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO Hijack the AIP for her own use!!

Robert Schlesinger or Bob as I like to call him has interesting initials. B.S. He forgets that principles are what define you in the end. What is Hitler remembered for or Mao or Stalin? They were murdering thugs who placed subjection to the Party above all else. Read George Washington's take on "Party" influences in his farewell speech to government service. He call it the path that can lead to most despicable form of despotism. Leaders like our founding fathers were forged through principles and not agenda. By doing what was right and not just legal. That is why we need to throw out a whole lot of people in Washington on both sides of the aisle. Make it illegal for anyone who is not a constituent of a representatives district to influence any decision. Too many entangling alliances persuading the outcome of doing what is right is what the heart of the problem is. Politicians need to have a mentality that says screw the "Party" and let us diminish the role of government in the lives of the citizens of this Nation of States instead of increasing it.
