Should Chicago win the [Olympic] bid, I will always wonder if it was because it was the better choice or because a political figure forced the issue.

And yes, other world leaders have stumped for their country in the past to get the Olympics.

I wonder if the GOP already bought tickets to Rio De Janiero, they sure seem committed to the USA losing the Olympics, if only because they are bitter.
