Republicans using political fearmongering ....

Everything old is new again.

Tom Ridge as VP and John McCain as president in November 2008. That was a possible team last fall---McCain's hope, actually.

We don't need Ridge writing a book. We needed him exposing the Bush "threat level" trick for election season in real time---the very day(s) he was asked (or told) to do it. He is five years late.

Same with Colin Powell and Scott McClellan. They all drank the kool aid, then turned around and sold it to us for money.

It was obvious what was going on during the 2004 election. Ridge only admits to this one time, but every time Senator Kerry was up in the polls we had raised level alerts. And, you know this had to influence people's votes. I beleive the alerts now remain at one level and have been that way since 2005.

I can't understand how this former administration can get away with trying to manipulate the American people and an election.
