[Obama's] presence abroad helped restore a positive perception of America from countries that have had a negative opinion of the U.S. in the recent past.

But you need to consider the fact that God is in control, has put Obama there to bring America to her knees. Read Revelation in the Bible. The stage is being set for the antichrist and Obama is merely God's tool to bring that about. The world scene needs to be leveled and united for a one world government, ecomomy and religion. Come to Jesus Christ, be on the winner's side and get the big picture!

The countries that have a "negative opinion" about the U.S. will continue to have that opinion. It had nothing to do with Bush and Obama will not change their opinion unless he gives away our sovereignty.
