If Michael Steele cannot get behind the message of Rush Limbaugh, then he should not be the head of the RNC. Is the Republican Party going to be a party based on the solid foundation of conservative principle or is it going to be some rudderless conglomeration of moderates?

Rush,

As a professional with an MBA and as a CPA, I am not a

survivalist type. But, my husband, a manufacturer, and more and more of the people we know and those we meet, even my ladies prayer group, feel that a terrorist attack is very likely. People are quietly canning and storing food and buying sleeping bags and guns in the event of an emergency. They do not talk about this in an alarmist manner, but in private conversations this type of activity is coming to light.

Can you tell me if our government is providing any funding for emergency planning in this stimulus package?
