All that has to be done is that everyone agrees not to vote for anyone currently holding an office for the next 6 years. I mean from dog catcher to President, Dem/Rep nothing matters but do you hold the office. If the answer is yes then vote for the other person.

Then in six years we will have an entire new set of people and if they don't act any better we just keep voting them out.

There will be a point that they will get the message.

If you keep voting for the same you keep getting the same.
