I wonder if there are web--sites that belong to these millers and restaurants referred to in Monica Spilla of CA, Sep 05,2008. George Ohsawa said, that we should never eat food that has not been grown at least 50 miles of where you live!! I always fondly remember the smell of just-baked whole grain breads, buns, doughnuts would enliven my whole being mmmmmmmm! I,like Monica Spilla missed that enjoyment and bliss. And after chewing a mouthful of those whole grain products 50-100 times, the flavour would taste much better than gourmet;a meal to be savoured. Please send my complements to the bakery chef!!! You internet savvies,How To Contact Us is usually at the top of the website page. We're entering in the Age of Capricorn? KEYWORD: I USE

Thank You for taking your time to read this; my two cents.

How long must we wait for the millers to routinely provide whole grain flour, the bakers to bake whole grain foods, the restaurants to serve whole grain rolls? We know now, beyond doubt, that one root cause of most modern disease is the lack of those protective compounds that would be supplied if we could eat grains as whole grain foods. Access to appealing healthy food would enormously reduce our need for costly health care. Is legislation the only way to induce the milling and baking industries to provide enough of these needed whole grain products?
