Mr. Kelly, I enjoy US NEWS and appreciate the opportunity to critique journlistic performance. You are on my "A" list:atrocious,appalling,abominable. Why do journalists focus on Bush's aapproval rating--while giving congress a "pass" even though their approval rating is lower than the President's? U.S. Senators and Representatives seem to have one agenda--their own self interest. Why don't you subject them to the individual and group scrutiny they deserve?

Having listened to the latest rambling of the appointed governor (he's being indited on various federal charges) he wants the US and the federal system out of Puerto Rico. He tries to tell us that all of Puerto Rico is up on charges, but he and his cronies are the ones accused. The people here still don't understand that if you are a US citizen then you must abide by the laws of the land (United States not Puerto Rico) Unfortunately he and his buddies have been told a lie all of their lives, "Estado Libre Asociado" this is the name given to the so called "Commomwealth of Puerto Rico" but which actually translates into english as the "Free Associated State". This of course is a lie, since we are not a "state", nor "free" in a political or economic sense and our "association" is primarily governed by the US Congress. But as US citizens unless US Congress intervenes nothing will change. International?? See, we don't even appear on the "drop-down" lists.
