Tweet Share on Facebook November 2, 2011 Comment (17)I couldn't believe my eyes when I read that Chase, Wells Fargo, SunTrust and other banks were caving in on the debit card fees. Even Bank of America, who was planning to charge a $5 monthly fee, appears to be backing off as well.
