"Firstly, it was very apparent that Mr. Hoffa was speaking about taking the Tea Party politicians out of their elected positions via the union members' vote."

"Take [them] out" is generally accepted to mean "kill them." If a Tea Party rally had someone say "Take Obama out", you would be ALL OVER IT, and rightly so.

You made a bigger flap over targeted districts, which literally had NOTHING to do with the Arizona shooting.

"Even for those of us who aren’t directly responsible; there are words, actions that contribute indirectly to these acts."

"And lastly Sarah Palin, the former governor of Alaska, a woman who might run for president: “Don’t retreat, RELOAD.” This, after the healthcare bill was signed into law. She also posted a U.S. map of crosshair targets. That map included Congresswoman Gifford’s district. And what does Palin say about this? She expresses her 'sincere condolences.'"

"The alleged gunman, Jared Loughner was on a mission witnesses say. But I believe his mission was fueled by these irresponsible remarks from those on the right."

If your logic cannot be consistent, at least your partisanship is.

Let us take an example of Texas. The "Wise Health Insurance" is quite popular in Arizona. It provides so many offers for the low income people.

the killer is a far left nut case. liberals have minimal brain capacity so they are easily influenced. he killed "gabby" because she didn't worship pelosi! gabby wasn't far left enough for him. sadly just like a lib he killed a child for no reason. search the web and see who cares about the child...conservatives not the libs.

marshall was crying so hard she had to blame someone and pile on with the rest of the trashy libs. they all think the same, exactly the same! how can that be?

Ms. Marshall, after reading your opinions and whether somewhat right or wrong I applaude and defend your right to say them. It is the anemic intelligent who can not construe from your message some positive thought toward less violent verbal agression in the whole political arena. Speakers of inuendo inferences should be judged by their rhetoric. Without fail they self herald their obvious lack of knowledge substituting dangerous short bites of incitement. These rehersed individuals and their writers know quite well the impact in play. What saddens is lack of spontenaity from journalistic challenge to such egregious behaviour. Media today, under the guise of reporting, seems to fan spark in hopes of what, higher ratings?

Ms. Marshall, if you are going to condemn only the Sarah Palins, Tea Partiers and various other conservatives as having the monopoly on the vitriol that caused this act of terrorism, you are not only ignorant but lazy in your reporting. Please take a gander at the yeomans work done by Michelle Malkin(I understand you ignore the conservative point of view based on this piece of garbage you peddle), but you will find that the hate professed by those with the same ideological leanings as you are far more violent than conservatives.

By the way, where was your condemnation of Islam on 9/11, the butchery of MAJ Hasan, the rioting caused by cartoon sketches of Muhammad, etc. etc? I guess the violence by the hands of a single deranged madman is cause to condemn the entire conservative movement, but multiple acts of terror caused by fanatics has no linkages to an entire religion bent on world domination.

what a dope leslie is. how completely disengenuous. i doubt she was crying. just looking to further whore out her career.

Leslie Marshall you should not let your politics color your common sense. Murder is wrong. Does not have political view. If someone kills a abortion doctor it is wrong. Recent shooting is wrong.

CNN just spoke about bullseye usage by Sarah. No mention that Democrats used them. Fox mention both.

You appear on Fox. Be your liberal self but be honest…

Bill Hedges of MO 1:00PM January 10, 2011

I would ask Ms Marshall to reflect on her biased writings and consider whether her writings contribute to the polarization of our citizens. This post points out inflamatory comments from one party, but ignores those from the other. Other bloggers have already posted many examples of the Democrat's innapropriate behavior. Liberal blogs such a Dailycos.com placed Ms Giffords on a "target list" for not being liberal enough. Why not condem this behavior from both sides? More honesty and fairness in reporting is necessary from everyone. I challenge Ms Marshall to consider this before her next posting.

The shooter was a nutty kid who was into drugs and hate. His teachers said he was wacky in high school. This punk was a product of our degraded and immoral culture ( think progressive) - not Sarah Palin

Now you take ol' Bill Ayers and his wife. Both convicted left wing bombers and terrorists - they and others like them are now the teachers of our children. Oh, that sooo evolved and tolerant.

Take you ideological hypocrisy and shove it.
