The CRIMINALISATION of Western World is created by the POLITICS so as to say that then ONLY the Politicians are approached to solve the created problem as in their Policy Makings while this Social Issue has got another reasoning then the Humane consideration on these grounds I m against the Flexibility towards the Addiction and Tolerance in the Political Circlers because then they DEMAND special BUDGET to be TRANSFERED to FUNDS turning them into SUBSIDIES thus the Politicians Fight for the ALLOCATION of BUDGET for EACH PROBLEM ad later the BUDGETS are TRANSFERED into the FUNDS and thus the whole ISSUANCE was CREATED for the ACCUMULATION of the FUNDS, such are the Political Agendas in Europe and USA it is their own INVITATION of ADDICTION to Western World under the Humane Tolerance of Drugs Addiction. These criminals have already infiltrated into the Dutch Government jobs or Dutch Government CONTRACTS such as tolk/interpreter and vertaler/translator positions and Jail Visiting Imams and as Lawyers and CID from the Second Generation whom all are attached under various RINGS direct or indirect as ONE complot CIRCLE into Dutch Society. If ever any criminal is caught then the whole such Network come's to the rescue whom are INTERLINKED either to EARN or to PROMOTE and thus Criminals are PROTECTED where the criminals also have the SUPPORT of the Dutch Politicians under the various Political Parties Interests. In the Social Contact the Dutch politicians are DEPENDENT on FOREIGN-ORIGINED-PEOPLE as a matter of TASTE-RELATED ideological affirmation of the Europeans in the terms that when such criminal foreigners enter Holland they speak bad about their home country and their religion just to attain their Stay in Holland and after the stay in Holland they go back to their religious associations. In Holland are more mosques and Islamic Centre’s than anywhere in Europe, but behind this Religious various Groups representation is the factor of Human Trafficking along with Drugs Line establishment. This Drugs Line is established by creation of Family Lives Conflicts like divorces and then such divorced women or their children especially the girls are hooked into the relationship of Love Affairs and then they are asked to become Drugs Couriers. In this way Drugs Suppliers are creating the Crime of endangering the Social Set-Up of the Dutch System and the EU and the USA because Drugs Markets are being created in Western World to Bring the Down-Fall of Western World like Opium-War of China in the past that the large number of Chinese Nation was Drug Addicted through the European Supply Trading till the Revolution of China has STOPED Drugs Addiction, what goes round comes around now back to Western World. The Drugs Market is also created to spoil the Drugs Producing Countries Social Civility mostly are Muslim Countries Route from Afghanistan via Pakistan to Iran to Turkey these countries are at the verge of this unsolved problem since EU and USA has given the way to the Drugs Line by allowing the Drugs Addiction into Holland and EU and USA. The Police is different than that of the Narcotic Departments of Europe.

Here against I do not agree about the Point raised that Drugs Addiction is Not a Crime but an Abuse as a Disease, because this Disease is Self-Inflicted and Abuse is in itself an Offence thus Abuse should be considered as a Crime.In Holland I am fighting for 35 years against the Crimes of Drugs and I have many times supplied documents and Research-Work to American Authorities but all in vain and there has never been any response from the USA. In 1984 ever was telephone talk between me and the American Embassy in Holland about the development of certain methodology to curb such Drugs Related Crimes and the Influence of Criminal Infiltration of Criminals Network.

Basically, I said that insurance companies kill more people by denying coverage than Oregon does by offering a suicide pill. So Oregon has assisted Suicide, so what?? Over 20,000 curable people die a year for lack of health coverage; what about them. The people offered a suicide option in Oregon are hopelessly terminally ill with less than a 5% chance of remission after five years and probably even less than that. It is too expensive to keep them alive just a few months when those resources could go to someone that CAN be cured. This is a medical ethics issue that has been debated frequently but it should not be treated as a wedge issue. Oregon has a legitimate case for what it now does.

Our government is not a democracy. The founding fathers hated democracies. We are a Constitutional Republic where the majority can not take the rights away from the minority. Democracies are majority rule which is ok if you are on the side of the majority.
We need to quit dividing ourselves into this and that and become one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. So if you are born in America then you are a citizen. Doesn't mean your parents can't get deported and guess what... you get to stay with your parents... problem solved.

This is not a can of worms conservatives ought to be opening, considering the Supreme Court just used the Fourteenth Amendment to apply the Second Amendment to the states. As I understand it, once there is a constitutional convention, the question of what might be added or removed becomes an open one. I'll keep the prize in hand, and forego what might lie behind door number two, thank you very much.

The reason we have a Constitution is that democracy requires the rule of law. Opinion polls can change with the wind but a peoples' rights should be codified in law and be beyond the scope of public opinion. Your rights should not be up for a vote. Apparently, our founding fathers thought so too.

Amendments is not a easy process for a reason.
Your argument is full of holes if you consider the long, long process. Is not as easy as flipping a switch to turn on the lights.
We have the polls and it looks good. 60-70% in NYC and Arizona. Liberals seem to always be on the losing side of issues…
