Palin’s Unpresidential 'Ground Zero Mosque' Comments

While Palin is popular with the small permanent nutjob right, most Americans know this shrill golddigger is a joke, a distraction and another talking head for hate.

Notice how the Ground Zero strip joints don't get any press, or that none of these Christian groups are not protesting News Corp for being one of the biggest peddlers of pornography in the US.

Get your head on and quit listening to fascists like Palin trying to stir up hate and bigotry against Muslims.

Of course, Palin is not presidential but of course she is the latest toll of hate the right is using to divide Americans.

Right on!

lol, palin is unpresidential sounding? she isn't the president. obama, you know, the guy that travels with l2 teleprompters, and says one thing to one audience and the next day, a conflicting view to another is the president who is working so hard to help us poor unemployed people with nothing left to cling to but our guns and god. you know the guy. he spent all last week traveling the country raising money for democrats so they can be elected to help him in his job of creating jobs. he worked so hard at it, he spent $2,000,000 of taxpayers money in his quest for help. yep, he's a regular whiz at being president. how many times last week did his minions have to scramble to assure us that the president really didn't say what we all heard him say. brilliant lawyer and professor of law. i do believe that he was actually a junior lecturer, not a professor, and not a very good one at that.

sarah appears to so many of us because she tells us exactly what she th9nks, whether she thinks you'll like it or not. the opposite of obama.

Yep, and it's why she's so popular with a lot of people (still true) because she does pretty much everything based on what she feels -- kind of like a lot of folks do when sitting around the kitchen table solving the world's problems without actually knowing anything about them. It's a lot easier to know everything when you don't know what you don't know.

The platform is "we don't like this one bit and if we don't like it it's wrong and unamerican and you shouldn't like it either"... and it's too prevalent on both ends of the political spectrum

Why don't you have 10 reasons why Obama shouldn't be President? I could help you out.

Palin helped get the ball rolling in opposition to the mosque. All Democrats need to come out - yeah or nay.

So Libs think it is far away from Ground Zero? Large metal-grid slices of the North Tower fell only a block away. See satelite view. So mosque is still in kill zone. Which is just as prized by radical muslims as Ground Zero itself.

So the Iman is supposed to use Ground Zero as a recruiting tool. Per his 2004 book -

hear Palin and hate speech; tea party supporters are all racist. But somebody give me some proof. One of the most admired speakers at Tea Party gathering is Herman Cain, a black conservative. For all of the talk of spitting and name calling at black congressmen, after a $100,000 reward was offered, with all of the cameras going, no one has ever come forward with any proof. The only act of violence that has actually happened at a tea party rally was SEIU thugs beating up a black tea party attendee.

Now when it comes to the peace loving no hate speech liberals, it is a different story. Take a look at this link show liberals at anti-Bush protests.

http://www.zombietime.com/zomblog/?p=621

I have seen Joy Behar and Bill Maher joke about Dick Cheney having a heart attack, a left wing Nobel peace prize winner Betty Williams say she could kill George Bush. So focus on the real hate speech.

Sarah Palin does not agree with abortion, so to liberals since she believes that abortion is the taking of a human life she is evil. (A June Gallop poll showed 45% pro choice, 47% pro life). She believes in gun rights (A 2008 gallop poll showed 73% of Americans agreed with her)

She does not agree with gay marriage, but neither does Obama.

She believes the real budget problem is not that taxes are too low, but that government spending is too high. I wonder how many of the limousine liberals screaming for higher taxes own tax free bonds, and other tax shelters.

If liberals would actually listen to ideas instead of just mocking other people most would start having a different outlook. From what I have seen, most liberals are only for free speech if it agrees with what they believe.

I think we should build a huge Christian church in Iraq, where we've already killed 100,000 civilians. That'll learn 'em.

One of the fundamental tenets in right wing philosophy is that some Americans are inherently more American than are other Americans. Muslim Americans comprise one of several groups who are part of the latter subset of the Republican view of Americana.

Tea party klan folk and other conservative groups are adamant that there is no mosque erected near Ground Zero -- or anywhere else for that matter, because any symbol suggesting that most Muslims are peaceful, God-loving members of society conflicts with their attempt to portray Islam as a violent, malevolent cult bent on destroying all of Western civilization.

The problem with irrational fear is that facts simply don't matter. Many of the politicians who indignantly speak out against the community center do so purely for political gain. (Are your ears burning, Sarah?) They hope to ride a wave of intolerance into the election season.

And those who genuinely believe that this building will be used a terrorist breading ground will not be swayed with logic or evidence either. They know what they know, and that's all that they want to know.

I have had just about enough Palin bashing. I see nothing coming out of Obama except debt, apologies, insulting people who have stood by us for years under every imaginable crisis and placating to enemies.

I wish that writers such as yourself would turn your keen eyes onto Obama as much as you do Palin. It would be laughable if it wasn't so tragic.

Two out of three American Citizens believe it is not appropriate to build a TROPHY MOSQUE on a site struck by part of the wreckage from the airliner that was flown into the twin towers by muslim extremists. It definitely should not built on or near the site of the crash and in no case should it be so tall that it would overshadow the site where the most citizens in American History were killed by alien radicals. If this insult to the sensibilities of American Citizens is carried out it would be a trophy to the muslim radicals but it would also be a permanent reminder of an assault on America to the American Public. As such it may generate unnecessary problems for muslims in America. If an additional mosque needs to be added to the dozens of mosques already in the New York Area then it should farther away from the crash memorial site. As is customary in America their church should be built with money from local congregations and would not be subsidized in any way by our government or foreign interests. Any Call to Worship should be audible only inside the structure so they would not infringe the rights of non muslims.
