Why Whites Should Worry About the Arizona Immigration Law

Every person is to have their papers when pulled over, moron! Why is it that you are not calling other countries Nazi's when they require you to have papers?! And then to stereotype hispanic americans as gardeners, cleaning ladies, and pool boys is racist! I am sorry you feel that the federal government has not secured the borders, and now it is up to the states to provide law enforcement - hopefully more illegals will be sent back, and their will be less violent crimes because of it!

We know Farrell would protect his own house from criminal invasion and we know he would help his own family if they were under attack. Understanding that, we also know that his article is a pack of lies intended for political and/or social gain. Perhaps he writes just to sell magazines because his profession and magazine are slowly dying. I wonder why? I shutter to think of the perversions that run through his mind or what he hopes to gain by turning on his own people and turning a blind eye to justice and the law, but hey, evil lurks among the unwashed.

The law in Arizona mirrors the federal law word for word. It's not a new law it only empowers the state to do what the Federal government refuses to do. 60% of Americans are in favor of the Arizona law - who cares what the minority thinks. If the minority likes mexicans so much - move to Mexico.

Every illegal immigrant has shown a willingness to break the law. That alone is reason to keep them out of the country. Whether they have crossed the border from Mexico or overstayed a Visa from Europe is immaterial. The cops will just have to ask everyone.

From the Mexican Embassy website:

Travelers entering Mexico for purposes other than tourism or business or for stays of longer than 180 days require a visa and must carry a valid U.S. passport.

People have to carry papers in Mexico, but they don’t need papers here? Ridiculous.

Lawbreakers are lawbreakers regardless of race. I'm Caucasion and have been asked about my citizenship in S. Texas. That wasn't profiling. Everyone wants to pull the race card, but isn't a group called La Raza inherently racist?

This is the silliest editorial I've read in a long while. I'm surpised that U.S. News prints this "Off to the camps" garbage.

Despite the histrionics we hear from boobs like Farrell, the fact is Arizona's moderate, common sense law is modeled after existing federal law -- with Gov. Brewer putting in strong safeguards against any "profiling."

If the open border zealots were honest, they would just admit they want NO state or federal laws against illegal immigration -- and wish to open up our borders to the billions around the world who want to emigrate here.

p.s. It's typical that Farrell "overlooked" Mexico's much more stringent laws against illegal aliens.

It's time for every fair-minded Arizonan -- no make that all Americans -- to put a sticker on their car that proclaims: Yo soy Mexicano!

This article sums up my feelings exactly. As a libertarian I oppose any legislation which threatens our liberty.

To those harping on about what a big problem illegal immigration is, you are 100% right. But taking rights away from American citizens is not the solution.

To those who say illegal immigrants should just follow the rules and come here legally, you obviously aren't familiar with U.S. immigration policy. It is essentially impossible for the average Mexican citizen to immigrate to the U.S legally. The problem is with our immigration policy, not our immigrants.
