Mr. Shaffer is right. Moral values are definitely out of style as of Nov. 4, 2008, but surely there's at least one Democrat with either a high enough moral quotient (MQ) to be truthful about his taxes, or a high enough intelligence quotient (IQ) to avoid being caught.

This guy loses in all counts. The MQ of a pig and the IQ of a slug.

Where do the democrats get these guys?

You're a fool, Farrell!!

If I don't pay my taxes, I can expect trouble from the IRS.

He "forgot" to pay his taxes. I'd like to try that!

He wants to be in charge of the IRS, and he forgot to pay his taxes!

Sounds like a tax cheat to me. And NO I don't want a crook in charge.

Soumd like Farrell is making excuses for bad behavior.

You allege that Caroline Kennedy was in charge of the vetting process, and therefore to blame for the Geithner foul-up. Sorry, but she was involved in the Vice Presidential search and vetting process, and had nothing to do with the selection of the Secretary of the Treasury.

Wesley Snipes - 11.4 Million

Timothy Geithner - 34 Thousand

I think we should reward Mr. Snipes for vastly surpassing Mr. Geithner in total tax evasion value. Mr. Geithner obviously is not trying hard enough and we do not need any more people in Washington to do things half way.

Don't like Geithner? Maybe a real liberal like Ralph Nader or Dennis Kucinich would be better.

Nice story... However, I note you are not in line to be in charge of the IRS. One hopes that we can expect a tad more from such an individual than is expected from Joe the Taxpayer.
