Do you find it interesting that the economy cratered right before a presidential election? Do you find it appalling that the very people that allowed this to happen are congressmen who haven't been prosecuted and sent to prison? The blame is there but the action for retribution is not. Don't you find it crazy the role big oil has had in adding to killing our American golden goose, the economy ?

Isn't it radical how the media is sharply biased and outspoken yet isn't calling for prosecution of those individuals involved in the Fannie , Freddie Mac, Acorn mess? The American people are waking up in a pool of vomit, midst bits of golden parachute fragments and padded pocketbooks to find they have been fleeced, robbed ,violated. . Our children's children will suffer the fallout . Wake up America ! Get angry America !

All hope is lost and the sky really is falling!

That is the impression I got from reading this article-----

Until I reached the point where the author admitted viewing all of his view of the debate and the world in general from the perspective of the bar he was frequenting at the time.

I found this piece a mess. Why not start by editing it of superfulous words and see what you have left? A train of thought that jumps the tracks isn't a pretty sight.

Palins' Un-American Activities

Imagine if the Obamas had hooked up with a violently anti-American group in league with the government of IRAN!. By David Talbot

Oct. 7, 2008 | "My government is my worst enemy. I'm going to fight them with any means at hand." This was former revolutionary terrorist Bill Ayers back in his old Weather Underground days, right? Imagine what Sarah Palin is going to do with this incendiary quote as she tears into Barack Obama this week. ONLY ONE PROBLEM. The quote is from Joe Vogler, the raging anti-American who founded the Alaska Independence Party. Inconveniently for Palin, that's the very same secessionist party that her husband, Todd, belonged to for seven years and that she sent a shout-out to as Alaska governor earlier this year. ("Keep up the good work," Palin told AIP members. "And God bless you.")
