As we continue to grapple with Obesity, a question that is not getting too much attention is the role Alternative systems of medicine like Ayurveda can play in controlling / curingObesity. A system based on Nature can not be all that bad :-)

Done.....by rant seep...for ban mind.

So, use the remarks on RT in Moscow immediately after the twin suicide attacks, that it will "affect" the whole world. I can't see a point on September 11 when the day's events would have been said to "affect" during a future timespan. I think the words would be "control" or "be the basis of." So the word "affect" means an "electrical current" will run through a medium that itself is a false world humanity.

No question about this much. The question is what the false world humanity is. It is in fact the removing of the born child's life mattering for that child to have in itself, the replacement being children as future procreators, children in fake public communication systematics. Okay, so this will be again on the previous U.S. president to this current one.

Let's say that the previous one was actually affected by the fake world humanity. Let's say that the previous one also actually used "terrorists" to mean a group (loosely) that missed the braking points on the railroad line of regional self-determination. Let's say that the previous one actually meant that because they missed the braking points, there is no way that their goals (autonomy) could ever be developed.

This understanding helps explain why the previous president used "terrorists" in any public statement. While the federal judge at this juncture would of course get a discussion of the simulation of those behind September 11 domestically, of the planting domestically of a false entirety, a discussion on the difference between created semblances linked to actions and actual human beings who choose actions, that is not what today's discussion can afford. Today, it's about what we get if we give the previous U.S. president all of the above.

What we get is all of the above dropping off, like a fragment of a mountain, from the reasons domestic citizens couldn't be expected to grasp "terrorism" and its choice of domestic citizens as its victims. And this isn't the federal judge yet to discuss this to, either. But today it means that domestic citizens simply were told that they couldn't get themselves as the target, and that's because they were portrayed based on sexual reproduction only.

Then, the U.S. troops are the product of that. This is like a limit to what can be seen in the society. Under the understandings above, all of this has to shear off the side of the mountain. Or is the mountain, and the first part shears off. But whichever one this second part is, it continues to automatically designate the violence of the group being labelled within the same wavelengths as it designates in the final analysis the domestic U.S. society.

Glance at first base. Runner seems to have a corporate decal stuck to her cap, has a two step lead, and so the throw over is a bit more brisk. Runner makes it back.

Many of these comments reveal that those writing them have never had an actual addiction to food...junk food, especially. Having been 50 lbs overweight, and having overcome a terrorizing addiction to food, I can attest that the addiction is certainly physical; but beyond the physical it is deeply emotional. I gorged myself on junk food, or, the "ooey, gooey, chewy" and "salty-spicey" foods because they were effective and anesthetizing emotions. Sugar, fat and starch killed the pain; fruit and veggies didn't. The reason we have an obesity epedemic in this country is because people have not made the connection between their food compulsion and their emotions. Our nation is so stressed out that we are unconscious to even having emotions...so the notion of eating to stuff them seems ludicrous. Yet what other explanation is there for downing an entire bag of chips and following it up with brownies and ice cream at midnight? It's not purely physical...it's a craving for sedation, for the slowing of the racing mind that cannot otherwise escape the burdens of the day, or a lifetime. Emotional eating needs to be addressed if we are ever to make a dent in this addiction.

A "chemical" cure? Please. A real solution would be shutting down the giant junk food monopolies that are poisoning our bodies and environment. Their food products are highly designed to get us addicted, so combatting them with another designed chemical is just feeding the fire. Instead, boycott companies like Coca Cola, Nestle, Pepsi, Frito Lay, etc. Buy WHOLE foods, meaning unprocessed fruits, vegetables, small quantities of sustainably produced meats, nuts, etc. Things without nutrition facts, labels and ingredients lists. Read Michael Pollan's books "Omnivore's Dilemma" and "In Defense of Food." We've forgotten what "food" really is. Do a little reevaluating and refresh your memory! Your body and environment will thank you.

We tell alcoholics - you're an addict - you can't have any. Yet we tell the overweight to have "just a little". Then we blame, like the naieve posts here "fatty" "greasy" foods. Newsflash - natural fat, yes, even the "demon" animal fats have been part of the human diet for thousands of years, and haven't caused a lick of problems. It's the darn sugar and additives ! 70lbs per us person per year of sugar via the average diet of processed garbage. Yes, overeating is bad, but if you only eat REAL food, meaning food that actually has some nutrition in it to nourish your body, then you won't be fat. Just say no. Seriously. You DON'T have to eat chips, soda pop, cake - these foods have nothing good for your body, and lots that is bad. If you're an ADDICT, then you know moderation is not possible on these items, so you need to abstain.

There is already a cure for junk food addiction. Self control, and taking responsibility for your health are the cure for junk food addictions. These days, people are always pointing to a gene, or a family trait, or an ethnic habit to worm their way out of taking responsibility for...taking responsibility. What we think, what we say, and how we say it, what we eat and drink, our body language, and the care we take of ourselves, and those around us is completely within our power. No one can take your self control, or discipline, so we are our own master. Blaming anyone but ourselves avoids reality, and is therefore psychotic behavior, which is irrational, and pathological. We attract situations, and people to us, as well, so we cannot truly blame others for our experiences, we must, instead, ask ourselves why we are leading the lives we lead, that attract the people, and situations that our lives attract. It is only when we take full responsibility for our lives that we can advance, and move beyond self marginalization. So, empower yourself with self scrutiny, so you can be relaxed about who you are.
