Judging on the direction of the GOP to the right, Brown will not be the nominee.

The GOP runs some very vicious primaries against their own....remember?

Actually Congress balances the budget. Budget was last balance by Newt and the boys.

Before Republicans took control there was no balanced budget.4-5 balanced budgets it took before Bill Clinton would sign.

Yes I know Bill Clinton takes credit. Sooo, what’s new…

Why do the Democrats keep letting the Republicans claim fiscal responsbilty?

A). Who was the last Republican to balance a federal budget?

answer. You have to go back almost 55yrs. Dwight Eisenhower.

B). The Repulicans have had: Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Bush Sr, and Bush Jr. around 28 yrs. compared to Carter,Clinton, and Obama. 13yrs. Yet the the US. has lost more jobs under the Repulicans then any time in this nations history. Hey, middle America, you did this to your self. This is what the Republicans will do to you at the end. Use you until they cannot you use anymore.

Question, how is that give it to the top and watch it sprinkle down working for you?

Yet, these same air-heads are ready to bail on Obama after one year. maybe he should use smoke, mirrors and fox news to fool the same old blood thirsty red-necks people .

Second, can Palin do anything besides repeat sound bites. I know everthing in her speeches before they are even delivered.

Man, The kool-aid in the Right-wing GOP must be great!

I agree.

Here are some links proving Democrats caused recession. I particularly like Congressional hearing. Very difficult to dispute video of Democrats.

Democrats voted down regulations that could have stopped recession.

Brown has already started talking like a DC GOPer. No shock as when Al Franken got to the Hill, he sold out as well. Better luck next time.

I found your link interesting.

GE does much of the nuclear stuff as well as runs the plants. Obama and GE are joined at the hips. Same with alternative energy.

Alternative energy can not compete with cheap oil & gas (at least now, perhaps with technical improvements), thus oil and gas price must rise. Campaigning obama said he would look into oil exploration. Repeated in State of Union specch. Don’t count on it.

I agree many a good Congress member has gone bad. Only time will tell for Scott.

obama/exelon/iowa

is it any wonder that he's changed his tune on nuclear energy - you just wonder what took him so long

however back to Senator Brown - hopefully he will be able to avoid the viper pit of Congress & remain true to his goals

alas - not an easy thing to do in the suffocating confines of partisanship as usual in Washington
