Virginia Republican Nominee for Governor Has Bizarre Views About Women, Families

The way this country is headed, it may not actually be a bad idea to try and move more towards traditional family values and God. Instead this country continues to move towards everything that is anti-God and is so offended whenever Godly morals and representations of a Christian life are brought to the forefront...I wonder why this is and if it's actually turning out so good for this country that has it's finding in God and those traditional values..........

Hi there,

Good site, I just came across it and I am already a fan.

How come when Christian GOPers want to legislate their moral values on us it's ok,

but when Progressive Liberals want to regulate pollution, its not ok?

Laws are meant to protect property and the health and welfare of the citizens. When we start legislating morals we get into trouble. Who's morals are we going to use? Whom ever is in power? That would make us and unstable country to do business in.

The Christian GOPers are sooo concerned about abortion, but once the baby is born it's on it's own?!

Give me a break! Your vague arguments about socialists and how naive the left is are inarticulate and it seems like those who support these arguments don't even understand what they are arguing.

It quickly turns into name calling and the freedom of hate speech.

We have the freedom of religion. That is a liberal idea.

We have the freedom of speech. Also a liberal idea.

We have 40 hour work weeks. Overtime. Regulations for clean water and air. Laws that govern the safety of products that companies sell us.

All liberal ideas.

Are they bad ideas?

I remember when GWB 'won' and I saw bumper stickers and signs on vehicles that said if we didn't like it we could move to another country. I make the same invitation to the conservatives. If you don't like Obama being your president, you are free to leave and go live in a country that doesn't incorporate all these liberal ideas. I hear that Afghanistan is a beautiful country with a hard line conservative population.

Please, keep your personal morals personal. The rest of us don't want them imposed on us.

Thank you.

The Left Wings tryannical project is all about their forcing their so-called morals on us.

Cap and trade

Socialized Medicine

banning light bulbs

regulating thermostats

CAFE standards

etc etc etc

You Left Wing moralizers want to dictate everything about my life from waking to sleep... and some guy wants to protect unborn life and that's unacceptable to you?

Freaks

Bob McDonnell just lost the crucial Virginia fornicator vote.

At least he makes lots of money being a comedian.

Obama runs campaign on change. Bonnie didn't want that change I am pretty sure. But tell me Bonnie, what exactly did you think was going to change in less than one year. Hell, it took longer than that for Bush to change our surplus into the largest deficit in history. Now you want Obama to preform miracles? This is the first president I have ever noticed that gets a report card every 100 days. Really? Last time I checked Harry Potter was fiction and you are just mad we have a president with only one white parent.

Wow..."R.L." for someone living in the socialist republic of CA you speak mighty boldly.

Oh what's that sound?...I think the PC Police are now at your door.

McDonnell (ie Pat Robertson) is a problem for the voters of VA not fodder for you out of state folks with too much time on your hands.

Geez!

Get a life!

Go outside!

Take a deep breath (if "Arnald" didn't sell it all off at the garage).

""McDonnell is a joke to anyone who beleives in the principles of this constitution.""

The only thing Pathetic here is C Deed campaign

Emo of GA 8:58PM August 31, 2009

Seriously, Bonnie. Oh I know, you are not to be taken seriously. But, seriously, if the Democrats can find a 1989 thesis for McDonnell, how can they not find Obama's college and law school writings?

That's the real story. And don't go confusing this concern with that of the "birthers." The fact is, whatever a gubernatorial candidate has previously thought, on issues of social or national policy, certainly cannot be more important than what a man who not only wants to be, but is president of the United States.

I'm sure you see why I'm trying to find the intrepid investigator of Bob McDonnell. Such hard work ... it should be put to valuable projects like figuring out just exactly whom Barack Obama has been.
