every night on tv we hear of another new form of birth control for women. what about the men ,no new forms of bc since the condom.COME ON PEOPLE!!! i work in childcare and these women who have children out of wedlock get to go back to school free, get housing free, food stamps free, utilities paid, and even their childcare paid for!!! what a scam!! plus they get to stick it to the fathers for child support. no i am not male but i have seen my share of all the injustices done to these men who took their partners word that they were on bc, only to find out months later that they lied. WHAM! 18 years of support, and dont expect to have a life cause eveytime you get a raise or better job she'll take you back to court for more support!!

It was rather interesting for me to read that post. Thanks for it. I like such themes and anything connected to this matter. I would like to read a bit more on that site soon. BTW, pretty good design your site has, but how about changing it every few months?

By the way, the only place I found on online for affordable birth control is: http://www.MyCycleDirect.com. The MyCycle company is the #1 online Birth Control Pharmacy. They sometimes give out free birth control samples. Good luck

stitchathome, it doesn't matter whether you can trust a man to take a pill or not.

It's not for women. It's for the MEN.

We already have multiple easily reversed methods of birth control, and I can't see why men having the same ease of parenthood prevention should ever be an complaint of a woman.

If I don't trust a guy to take his pill, a) why am I having sex with him ????

b) I can take my own pill- or get an IUD, or use my diaphragm, etc etc etc..

And if we're both using contraception, then the odds of an unexpected pregnancy go way down.

That's bad how ??

Unless of course the goal is line up an 18 year paycheck...

Well, it is about time. While there are many trustworthy women out there, there are just as many gold diggers and irresponsible women, and a good amount of these individuals would like nothing more than to get their hands on 18 years of child support from a guy. With a male birth control pill, many of these money grubbers will finally not have all the power in their hands. For decades now, women have had many forms of birth control, while men have had condoms or a vasectomy. Hopefully soon, this will be a thing of the past.

However, don't hold your breath. They have been talking about a male birth control for years, always saying that they are "almost there in the creation & production of a male birth control". I heard this same song & dance 5 years ago. Still, nothing. So, I don't know just how close these people actually are. My guess is that we will all be reading the same kind of article in another 5 years. And they will again say, "We are very close now to creating a male birth control".

men won't have to worry about male birth control, theylook at the picture and instantly loose the urge. They will still need Pepto-Bismal however.

A good idea, since men like the idea of reversibility with birth control and many DO NOT want children. Men need to start thinking about how much fun child support is. Such double standards out there..."stop being a whore" Really, but whores are so much fun, and how else would you get laid?

Sorry I hit a nerve....you must be one of Erbe's "special friends" that takes care of her in special ways because nobody else will. And trust me, if you are partial to her I can only imagine what you look like. Excuse me while I go lose my lunch. UGHHHH

We are constantly reminded of children going "nah nah na nah nah" on the playground (except where you guys live where they must have outlawed playgrounds because the unwary and the escapee from the fool farm might get hurt) whenever someone has to resort to vulgarity in an argument.

The pity is that your parents did not practice birth control and that someone with a good sense of the absurd allows the use of computers in wards for the criminally stupid...like you.
