Chica, you say that he did his time and he deserves a second chance....blah blah blah. Did you know that the majority of serial killers start with abusing animals? This man is sick and twisted. If he enjoys abusing animals I'm sure he has thought about doing the same to a human. After all, it's a rush for these sick, evil people. He says he is sorry. He is, he is sorry he got caught. He was sorry he had to serve time. Read the GQ article and tell me if that sounds like a man who is sorry for what he did.

I don't care what any Vick supporters say, Vick the sicko truly did a bad deed to those dogs. He should have served more time in prison if anything. I think it is utterly pathetic that those people gave him a standing ovation at the Eagles game. Just because Vick plays football, doesn't mean he should be given special attention/benefits. Those fans need to learn morals, and Vick doesn't have them. All he cares about is earning back the cash he lost! Why don't people realize this? I hate to break to you all, but he isn't in it for the fans. He's just a skum bag who squirmed his way back into the spotlight, and he is feeding off people like a leech just to gain back his title as a football player. Unfortunately, he has supporters even after his malicious crimes. And people have allowed him back under the spotlight. PATHETIC! And it's truly disgusting how people would ever, or could ever see him as a decent person. They're all skum!

The comments on Michael Vick's contrition are of great interest to me. It is helpful to go to Webster, where several definitions will be found. Among these I have selected:

Contrite adj.- Humbled by guilt and repentant for one's sin.

Contrition n. - Theology b. Repentance arising from a

motive less than the pure

love of God.

That second definition of contrition may be the basis for doubt about Michael Vick's sincerity. We cannot look inside his head, but we can observe his post-prison activity.

A parallel example here is Chuck Colson. As a close aid to Richard Nixon he had a very criminal experience. So he was convicted of his crimes and sent to prison. There he again became an accomplished leader, helpful to both his fellow inmates and the prison guards. After serving his time he emerged a changed man. His organization today is Prison Felloship, helping prisoners to emerge as honorable, useful, dependable post-prison members of their communities.

Michael Vick can demonstrate such a change. Time will tell.

CKC of CO

I'm glad Tony Dungee is counseling him, and hope he has found God, but as a Christian I don't want to HEAR

You so-called Christian's--What a joke! You claim to study the bible but still you do everything the bible teaches you not to do! Now you are Judging someone?

"But as a Christian I don't want to hear" Hey CKC of CO, for those of you without sin, please cast the first stone! You so-called Christians don't even follow your own philosophy. NO, you sit back and wait for someone to make a mistake then Judge them for their actions. What about your behavior? Yes, your behavior?

I saw those Christian's at the club the other day shaking their asses and grinding on the dance floor, then the next day I saw those same Christians going to church.

Are the sinning? You be the judge.

I saw those same grinding Christians step over that homeless man with his hand out begging for change, they thought they were better than him and ignored the poor man, pretended he wasn't even there! I saw those same so-called Christians

lying their asses off on TV asking for donations. When they received the money, the only people they helped were themselves! Stop pretending that you're righteous and others are sinners, we are all sinners, you stupid, self-serving, bible thumping, idiots!
