Obama Abortion Backtrack Shows He's All Rhetoric, No Fight

From Mother Teresa's speech in America(1994):

"America needs no words from me to see how your decision in Roe v. Wade has deformed a great nation. The so-called right to abortion has pitted mothers against their children and women against men. It has sown violence and discord at the heart of the most intimate human relationships. It has aggravated the derogation of the father's role in an increasingly fatherless society. It has portrayed the greatest of gifts -- a child -- as a competitor, an intrusion, and an inconvenience. It has nominally accorded mothers unfettered dominion over the independent lives of their physically dependent sons and daughters.

And, in granting this unconscionable power, it has exposed many women to unjust and selfish demands from their husbands or other sexual partners. Human rights are not a privilege conferred by government. They are every human being's entitlement by virtue of his humanity. The right to life does not depend, and must not be declared to be contingent, on the pleasure of anyone else, not even a parent or a sovereign."

(Mother Theresa as reported by the Wall Street Journal, 2/25/94, p. A14)

They want to tell pro-lifers they cannot take a stand on what they feel is murder on grounds pro-lifers are strangers to those having abortions (just slaveowners tell abolitionists to butt out since slavery had nothing to do with personal lives of abolitionists). But they turn around and demand the rest of us pay for their abortions.

If it is such a private thing and government should not intrude to regulate or make laws over it, then guess what? We should not pay for it, and the government should stay out of paying for it as well. Either it is private thing which you say it is and thus effects no one else (except the ones you murdered in the womb) or it is not. If it demands as you say our taxes, then the rest of us have a vested interested as well.

In truth, anytime the civil rights of others are violated, it effects everyone.

Abortion maims, tortures, abuses, and murders the unborn child. It is the cruelest form of child abuse and torture to murder ever.

it is hard to admit to oneself that they killed their own child.so instead of admitting to oneself what they have done, they attack people who witness to the child in the womb

Either all humans have the right to life or none of us do. If we are not obligated to make the sacrifices necessary to protect the lives of humans in the womb, then don't bother trying to make arguments about saving the environment or reapportioning money so that select others may have the right to a better economic life at the expense of others. If I can kill a human being in the womb for my economic or other convenience, then there is no compelling moral argument to require me to provide for a human who is outside the womb. The right to life must precede the rights to liberty and happiness. All the atrocities of mankind have occurred when one group denies the humanity of another.

Anyone who can justify the ripping apart of another human being or the burning of a human being with saline solution, is in no position to lecture anyone about what they should and shouldn't do with their resources. If one's moral basis starts with the killing of innocent life at its earliest stages, one has no basis to argue for any other rights. Either we are all CREATED equal or none of us are. Our lives will depend on whatever arbitrary set of attributes that constitute a human life that happen to be in vogue -- economically viable -- only the well off should have children, those that have genes free of defects as this would minimize lifetime health costs, those whose bodies are smaller because they will consume less resources, those who are smarter, those who are stronger, whatever arbitrary criteria that are in vogue.

The new administration is wasting no time sliding down the slippery slope of devaluing human life. President Obama is already talking about how at the end of life, folks should not expect others to pay for expensive procedures to save their lives; they should go to hospices and die quietly and quickly and cheaply and not disturb the happiness of the rest of us with large bills and the sight of suffering. Being economically viable is the new definition of a what constitutes a human life worthy of protection.

Share the Truth and Love each Mother and Child.

Encourage others to seek the truth.

The Truth about Planned Parenthood:

http://www.liveaction.org/

Did you know, In just two years there are more unborn American babies (more than 2.4 Million) that die from abortion than all the Americans that have died from all our wars (less than 1.4 Million).

Honor to our soldiers:

http://www.militaryfactory.com/american_war_deaths.asp

Suction Abortion is where they suck the unborn baby out of the mothers womb with a vacuum.

Dismemberment Abortion is where they take forcepts to dismember the babies parts and pull them out of the mother womb. They rip the legs, arms, and body apart to extract the unborn baby. Then they crush the head to remove it.

Partial Birth Abortion is where they deliver everything but the head of the baby, They then stick a pair of scissors into the back of the neck of the unborn baby to seperate it's spine. Then they use the vacuum to suck the babies brain out.

Do you support the suction abortion, the dismemberment abortion, or the partial birth abortion?

Which of the above is a choice for the unborn baby?

Faith over dispair

You can tell that I have not used dispair much. Sorry about the mispelling. I have a hope and dream that we stop teaching dispair.

Humans embrace the choice to:

Truth, Love, Compassion, Respect, Discussion, Facts, Giving, Hope, Faith, Love, Love, and Life.

Donna,

You speak the Truth. The Truth sets you Free. You also speak from Love of Life.

Aurasaw uses bully tactics. She continues to insult anyone that disagrees with her. Her hate for life and want to fill her pockets (she works for population regulation) drives her to the insults. She does not want the TRUTH to be told.

Choose right over wrong:

Truth over lies.

Love over hate.

Compassion over slaughter.

Respect over insults.

Discussion over bully tactics.

Facts over opinions.

Giving over taking.

Hope over dread.

Faith over dispear.

Love over greed.

Love over selfishness.

Life over death.

Women like Donna seem to be the subservient kind of female said to have been created by God to serve wonderful, superior all wise males. There are may Prolife comments here by males who can never be pregnant, but who butt into strangers' lives like unwanted party crashers. Some counties have not one abortion provider. If someone Donna loves needs and wants an abortion, will she advise her to "have it and give it up" like a puppy or kitten? Some comments are so bitter that it makes me wonder whether their conceptions were unwanted but they livd and were reared by resentful parents. Or were they adopted and abused? I work for population regulation for several reasons. There are too many consumers. The world suffers because all natural resources are being overused. Water tables are lowering from overuse and populations will be forced to migrate toward us. This is not a theocracy where people are forced to have big families to be tithers. The Hyde Amendment must be repealed. It says our taxes can't be used for abortion. It became law because Catholic officials lobbied Catholic Rep. Hyde and he actually got the Constitution amended to please the pope. Imagine such a thing!!!

aurasaw of CA 1:20AM July 29, 2009

Your argument is a deceptive one, Bonnie. No female in this country is DENIED an abortion - Roe v. Wade has seen to that.

Being unable to pay for an abortion is not the same as being denied one, and smart as you are, you know it. I'd also point out that there are a few abortionists out there who give women 9plus months to raise the cash needed for an abortion.

Why are there abortion clinics in low-socioeconomic areas, Bonnie? Why is there a huge abortion facility (Planned Parenthood hospital) being built near a poor area in Houston, TX at this moment? Kind of out of the way for all those rich and middle class women seeking abortions, isn't it?

Reducing this argument to a monetary fight is dodging the issue, and degrading precious human life. No woman is forced to raise a baby she does not want --CHOOSE LIFE and ADOPTION!!!!!

Donna of TX 12:01AM July 29, 2009

I note that whenever an individual, who does not believe in the right to life, refers to the unborn they use the words ; zygotes, fetus or simply “a clump of cells”. But you know, I have never heard expectant mothers saying things like; “My clump of cells is a girl.” or, “My zygote is due in 8 months.” nor do they say, “I feel my fetus kicking.” It seems it is the “wanting” that now defines our worth as humans and when life begins.

These invisible, “unwanted lives” need to be depersonalized - The unborn within the womb denied their humanity. The baby then becomes a “Choice” when it is unwanted by the irresponsible. It is transformed into a “personal decision” by the vote hungry politician and a burdensome “inconvenience” to the self-centered student or career minded professional. It is defined as “women’s health issue” or a “reproductive right” by the careless, thoughtless hedonist.

I guess reality is sometimes just too painful to face head on - better to avert our eyes and close our minds to the slaughter in the womb.
