Another Hillary Clinton Basher Eats Crow

I point you to the interesting but misguided meanderings of former Hillary Clinton foe Michelle Goldberg, who now believes Secretary of State Clinton is doing a bang-up job.

But if you read Goldberg's semi-apologia, you must also read Larry Johnson's brilliant take on how Goldberg exemplifies the beginning of the left wing's whitewash for "underestimating" Hillary Clinton.

You rocked that, Bonnie. Thanks for calling that out. It's amazing how opinion over the Secretary of State has come around as she won 9 out of the last 15 primaries despite being outspent 4 to 1 and a media perception that she'd never win anyway. It changed as she conceded the nomination and vocally supported candidate Obama. It changed as the president won the election and adopted many Clinton and Bush policies.

History will hold Hillary in high esteem. Many many people will be eating crow.

Ms. Erbe,

Thank you so much for pointing out Ms. Goldberg is now eating crow, but as a staff writer for NoQuarter, I feel you should give credit where it is due -- although Larry Johnson owns the blog you credited, he was not the author of the piece you linked to below.

This wonderful article was written by "LisaB".

And again, our thanks for speaking up for our wonderful SoS Hillary Clinton.

When Obama announced her as SoS, everyone said it was a ridiculous choice. They said she was unqualified, uncapable and not the best person for the job. In fact, the only person who seemed to think otherwise was one Barack Obama. Thank God for the president's good judgment eh? :) Of course, if he hadn't had the good sense to select her, she'd be back in the Senate, as forgotten as John McCain.
