The term Gerrymandering is from a Supreme Court Decision deciding that exactly what she is recommending the Democrats attempt is un-constitutional. Can anyone imagine that if it were a Republican that attempted to politicize the census she would say "that's how its done"? Based on the crickets I hear I'd say "NO".
