If you have to do it, you might as well do it right.

With the flu making a late start this year, check this out: If you have or are around small children, there is a new program out called Germy Wormy Germ Awareness for Germ Transportation Vehicles, ages 2 - 7. It is a fun, safe, drug-free, mom-invented way of preventing the spread of illnesses.

Issued by Big Pharma backed studies. About 100,000 Americans die every year from FDA approved prescription drugs. I wonder how much of an uproar there would be if vitamins killed even a fraction of that number.

You are correct, keep it simple, your body will know what to eat, your legs will know what to do to move, your body knows what sleep is needed, Sun (vit.-D), get lots of it every week (and krill oil can be good to take); water-trust me your body will tell you when it is hydrated / dehydrated...kick back and just listen to your body (and yes talk back to it)...it is all about balance and simplicity...Smile more and watch what happens to your stress level...Just a thought...look to the stars and really philosophize, we are so small on the grand of things that one has to keep it simple, it is right in front of you be as big a part as one can...the ride is fun and everlasting...

In spite of all the stories/studies doubting the efficacy of vitamin pills or other supplements, the question still remains "which pill?". Please wake up and smell the food. If the same effort is applied to improving what people eat, we would be much better off in terms of public health. e.g., eat oranges instead to prevent colds or drink freshly squeezed orange juice (instead of sugary dead juices from the store) and ofcourse stay hydrated, well rested (sleep), exercise. Not as easy as taking a pill. :)

If it is not from a Pure and natural food or mineral source you shouldn't put it in your body! Vitamins and minerals and many other factors that sustain life are found in there Purest and most natural form! They are found in countless varieties of foods herbs spices that are raw unprocessed uncooked! There are supplements out there close to meeting my criteria but the greatest supplement is eating the abundant variety of pure and natural foods that have not been altered in anyway!

>"My, my. When are they going to find a vitamin or supplement that works and keeps working, study after study?"

When you say "works", what are you talking about?

Works in the sense of doing what? If you looked a little

deeper, and encouraged your readers to look a little deeper rather

than just jammering on like this, you would notice that the issue

is not whether of not vitimin supplements "work", the issue is

whether or not they are -needed-.

Everyone understands that putting gasoline into your car "works".

Everyone also understands that putting gasoline into your bicycle

is not "needed".

Please try to be a little smarter in the future.
