yes i agree. barack obama will not be able to fix all the problems america faces in the next four years.. its just impossible. bush messed us up and its obvious in every aspect.

When George Bush came to office in 2001, he inherited a strong economy. The United States basically knew respect from other countries. Two terms later, the world knows the verdict on this political fraud.
Thousands of Americans and Iraqis are dead because of this man and his tinhorn friends. The American economy is in shambles. The American reputation for leadership and fair play in world politics---developed because of good Democratic AND Republican policies---is a distant memory.
This is what President-elect Obama has inherited. One term only, Mr. Pethokoukis?
President Obama is going to need two terms just to start to the rebuilding project for our international reputation because of the damage done by the rank amateur from Texas.

The way to guarantee the "Carter tradition" is to separate him from his new constituents. First,the brats who count on him to not DRAFT them to fight in either of the present campaigns.However, their presence will be required for his plans in the Congo,Darfur&Somalia .Secondly, the simpletons of Iowa ,who gave him momentum in the primary, will balk when the variety of corn grown for use in bio fuels is shelved to yield the less profitable type for human consumption - in order be part of his massive initative to the Third World.Then third, Bidens' age & two cereberal aneurysms will get the scrutiny that McCains' skin lesions should'nt have recieved.Let's see Axlerod work his magic with that landscape... The other nail in the Democrats coffin will be the rise of a credible Independent Party & candidate.

If Bush won two terms, Obama is probably a shoo-in. The economy is a mess, the war is getting old, and if the country is in at least slightly better shape in 2012 than it is now (can they get much worse?) he will be re-elected. Any positive movement after 8 years of Bush will be refreshing to voters...even if he doesn't accomplish half of what he promised.

That isn't Bush or McCain
Rasmussen correctly blamed the Democrats yesterday in the article about consumer/investor confidence.
47%+ of the country do not have faith in the democrats or Obama.
The politics of resentment now include the capitalist and few remaining private sector Taxed and Regulated to the Max who are wondering why they are shouldering the burden for the Democrats gimmee/giveaway policies.
The Democrats have had Two Years to wreck the economy and they have.
The only way to solve a problem is to correctly identify the problem..and the problem is not Bush/Republican.

evryone, nothing will change, you are just the kind of people who like to blame all of your problems in the past eight years on the bush administration, and the man who said bush's lack of intelligence, he was probably the smartest president in the past 30 years he just was president in one of americas toughest times, no matter who was president over the past 8 years things would not be lookin any better. Barack obama has made many promises and may keep half of them. as a U.S. senator the only thing he did was run for president. NOTHING GOOD WILL HAPPEN, but people will still be enfatuated with obama
