Ahead of time, sorry, known to be a rotten speller.

To think we live in a world where peace can prevail is nonsense. There will always be bad people and good people. Bottom line, we are a free nation because of our military strength, without it, well, I wouldn't want to think about it.

September 11th, is not something that should be brushed under the rug and ignored (but lately, it seems to be taboo to mention our loved ones who have died at the mercy of such radical enemies/bad people). Screw the politically correct view! We need a president black or white who has absolutely no implication/ties with these types of radical bad people. Obama--- OMG!!!! His name itself is a slap in the face. For me, it brings to mind associations to those who flew into our twin towers. And his middle name...don't get me started. Yeah, your damn right I'm concerned.

Wake up people. Don't forget Sept 11th. I don't care what political party you stand for...this is beyond political democrat or republican parties. This is about protecting our long fought for FREEDOM & keeping our nation safe! Think real hard before you elect someone with afiliations to radical idiots---did you see his preacher (reverse descrimination)????? What a nut! No more radical idiots please! And Obama, please stop backing away/hiding from who you really are, who you have afiliated yourself with before in your past. Is there anyone out there awake??? September 11, is fresh in my memory!!!!!!

Looks like 4 more years of the same. A vice president running the show because the president doesn't have a clue.

Obama "overthinks everything" compared to McGrampa that doesn't even remeber to have a look at the keys attached to the string strapped around his neck and count them: 1,2,3...,7 and then answer: We have 7 houses.

Which one do you preffer?

There has finally and mercifully been a settling process in this pre-election period. Obama is a significant news story and truly - only in America could someone with his story get the nomination for President. He has been carried thus far by an adoring press and has run a very good campaign. His supporters are now going through the "approach/avoidance" syndrome and this has nothing to do with Republican attacks. Obama is at his best with teleprompters - watch him snap his head back and forth at a 60% arc between screens - that is when he is at his best. But the Saddleback interview severely interrupted his stride. He appeared overly thoughtful and hesitant with his answers. This is why he is avoiding the Town Hall meetings with John McCain. Saddleback gave us all a window into his lack of experience and preparation for the most important office on the planet. He overthinks everything and truly does not know enough about the world to be decisive or effective.

Obama's status began declining after his tour in Europe. Maybe the American public feels that it should be the first concern. Shouldn't he be concerned with voters before foreign policy. I kinda think that can wait until he wins the election...

This whole "campaign" is getting old....and boring as watching a ping-pong game. It lasts almost as long as the term they're seeking.

Now does that make sense? And we wonder...is this our whole country's best????

However, remember the Tortoise and the Hare story.

Obama people in glass houses shouldn't throw no rocks "TONY REZKO......"

Obama has a brother that lives on $1 a week in Kenya and he doesn't reach out AND aid his own flesh and blood, speaking of being out of touch man how heartless Obama and you are rich and worth millions, if you refuse to help your brother who lives on crumbs I dont think Americans can expect any more from you Obama

than you've given your BROTHER

Looking back on the Primary season, didn't Obama really peak on Super Tuesday? Hillary couldn't keep up, and he couldn't get much more than 50% of the democrats, even after he had sewn up the nomination. So this is just more of the same. The conventions may or may not change everything. Just ask President Bush 41. That was when Bill Clinton got his 10% lead and marched to the White House.

Don Braswell of TX 4:24PM August 21, 2008

What is happening right now? The race is tied. Nobody is the front runner right now... it is dead even. Obama has had the advantage for a while but now both are equally strong and equally weak... My suggestion pay attention to the conventions and the debates... one last rally for each of the candidates and then they will go face to face. The winner is the who handles the questions and his opponent the best and looks, looks more presidential when it is all over. After we see that it will be time to vote, my hunch is that the winner will win big.

But right now it is anybody's race.
