Can we try to keep this discussion from China's leaders? Oh, wait, they've already read it. How creepy was the news that Chinese hackers—most likely with government support—pried into all sorts of private company servers last month? It was reported that numerous security reviews blame the Chinese for hacking defense, technology, finance, and, gasp! media companies. Mighty Google may have finally gotten fed up with the behavior—and draconian censorship rules. It has threatened to stop doing business in China. Should Google pull out? Should the United States respond more forcefully? Is this new-age Barbary piracy? Luckily, I don't have any secrets to steal, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on this important story at firstname.lastname@example.org.
