Hilarious conclusion by the writer.
The CBO conclusions state EXACTLY what their conclusions were, given the parameters to which they were to do their study.
To state that their conclusions are anything other than what they actually stated is preposterous, at the very least.

After reading this post,it seems like reasonable conclusion,that short term and long term the president's budget is more beneficial,to the economic well being of the country.
