Housing Market Not to Blame for Keeping Unemployed Out of Work

here in south Florida, where the unemployment rate is 10-11%, there has been no offset of lower heating costs vs. gasoline prices. In fact gasoline prices here are above the national average, while a milder winter even by FL standards has meant increased cooling costs....read that running the A/C and more $$$ for electric bills.

no wonder things stink here.
