Its so wrong to help un-responsible people again. Some of us took debt that we can not afford and not we are being helped. This is not the way to teach responsibilities. This is simply motivation for keep making mistakes.

I've dealt with "Official Refinance" on two refis now, and in each case it was about as painless as anything that involves paperwork by the acre can possibly be. I would heartily recommend his services without reservation for those thinking of refi.
