We as Catholcs will not be moved one 1/4 of a Inch on this..We will stand our Ground..We are not going to back down on our fundamental Constitutional rights to our freedom of religion..this is one of the biggest reasons We came to America ..we fled the Church of england and king Georde..Now we need to stand together and put Our Constitutional rights back together again. We didn't force anyone to have sex..We didn't get anyone pregnant and we are not in the buisness of taking preborn babies lives or paying someone else to do so.This isn't a American Catholic church either Its a Roman Catholic church and we stand with rome..It is totally against everything we belive in .just read the Catholic Catecism or read psalm 139.I knew your name before the dawn of creation, I knit you togather in your mothers womb.We won't take part in his euenisists program. The Rockefellers funded Margret sanger who's Metor was Hitler..This is eugenics and women are lab rats..abortion and birth control causes cancer!!!..women need to wake up..

As Barak Obama would say, "What would Jesus do?"

This is not about birth control insurance coverage & I wish the media would be honest. This is about constitutional liberties that provide for free practice of religion which was a founding principle of our nation's forefathers.

For the Atheists out there wanting to slam the religious institutions for not providing their non believing employees these benefits...why in the world if you are a non believer would you be working at a religious institution in the first place? Hippocratic much? If you want to have those choices then there are many other places you can be employed. Telling these religious places they have to do something is absurd. It would be like telling you that you have to believe or you will be punished. You wouldn't like that much now would you. Bottom line is if you do not believe in a companies policy you should not be working for them. They do not hide the fact that they are a religious company. So your argument is void.

Hijinks55 of PA says “If you are a religious charity, hospital, or college, you must provide free contraception, sterilization, and abortifacients”

That is part of bumacare and that is the problem. You did read the article ??? Don’t know about “sterilization, and abortifacients”.

Bill Hedges of MO 4:43PM February 09, 2012

Before the loads of false statements begin, allow me to say that it does not matter whether or not you receive government funds. If you are a religious charity, hospital, or college, you must provide free contraception, sterilization, and abortifacients. And yes, ellaone is an abortifacient, as are IUDs. We are not talking here about Plan B.

"Un-American" for our government to keep Religion and State SEPARATE? Force Religious Hospitals and Universities to NOT discriminate their employees? WTF??! What is more American but to keep Religious DOGMA from State Laws? You bet your ass is American. That the State allows nutjobs from believing in whatever the hell they want does NOT mean they can discriminate reasonable, non believing employees with such stupid nonsense as to leave the very responsible and dutiful act of deciding for themselves how many children they can rear effectively to some some dumb imaginary super being (even if he was smart, which he isn't, the point is IMAGINARY, thus created by mortals, to suit their crazy, dumb-ass, unique ideas).
